How do I change the region in my account details if there is a credit balance that is insufficient to make a purchase.

The common way people do it is to contact iTunes Customer Service and request them to zero out the amount. Then you will be able to change country. -

If the unspent balance is at least as much as the value of the gift card, ask the iTunes Store staff to put the balance back onto the card. If not, it's not possible at all.

I am attempting to purchase Dues Ex: Human Revolution which requires 17GB to run, I currently have 27.34GB free.
Even though I have 10GB more than the required space I still get the "There is not enough disk space available to install the product"

You need at the very least 15% free disk space. More if possible. Definitely not enough free space to install a 17GB app.

Just tried to Change location on my app store, which was showing NewZeland instead of India and I was not been able to update in apps due to this.

Few days back I wanted to download BBM for iPhone to which I was diverted to New Zealand App Store automatically.
So whenever I tried to download apps from the AppStore it said, I wasn't in the region which I should be that is India and being in different region I can't download any app.
So I followed the instructions as above. After updating the region and the proceeding pages of the instruction. There was a deduction of money.
I didn't buy any gift card or anything neither I went to that page.

I tried to update my iPhone 4S but I now keep getting an error saying I need to restore my phone before it can be used because it's in recovery mode! But if I restore it I lose all my media and data and I don't want to do that! Is there anything I can do?? Somone please help, i'm freaking out over here!
Anything that was on the phone is already gone. You have no choice but to restore. If you were backing up and syncing the phone on a regular basis, you should be able to restore your backup with minimal data loss.

ThanksYou would have to move to the U.S. and find a place to live. Then you would have to get a credit card billed to that U.S address. Then, as long as you were inside the borders of the U.S., you could buy from the U.S store.

iTunes has detected an iPod that appears to be corrupted. You may need to restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes. You may also try disconnecting and reconnecting the iPod.Sounds like your iPod is broken. Take it to Apple or someone else who repairs iPods and see if you can get it fixed, or get it replaced.

It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.
