I am trying to change my credit card details on Itunes as I have moved to NZ and closed down the credit card in Australia. There is $5 left to pay on the card. It will not let me update my address to NZ or put in my new credit card details. HELP!!!!!
It says I have to provide a credit card in the Australia before I can clear my $5 credit card debt and I have now cancelled my card in Australia and don't have another one!
Do you know how I can change my address to NZ and then change my billing to my new credit card in NZ and pay the $5 bill.
Do I have to shut down my account or reapply to Itunes with a new email address and leave this bill outstanding!! Seems crazy........but cant seem to see any other way around it!

How to change loaded credit card details?

we are on version 6.04 and are using traval management with credit cards.
We have loaded a credit card file in production without error only to notice afterwards that the file had incorrect amounts in it. There was a issue with the bank and they have since sent us a new file with the corrrect amounts.
Our employees log into Netweaver to enter their expenses and select the credit cards into their expense as standard.
How can i correct / remove these entries so that the correct amounts exist only for the employees? It is only the amounts that are incorrect.

As long as the transactions are not included in the expenses report it should be Ok to delete the transactions and load again. Please look at the links below:

Hi guys, I just logged straight in via that link and then after the log in page it went to a page for changes, where you can select enter new credit card details ( see the pic below). You have to use the same email address as you used to first register your T-Box, eg. your primary Telstra account email address.

You can't do it yourself. If the unspent balance is at least as much as the value of the gift card, ask the iTunes Store staff to put the balance back onto the card. If not, it's not possible at all.
