As I understand, you would like to add custom refiner to refinement panel in search.
From the screenshot, you intended to add vendor name property to search refiner. I cannot find the crawled property in my environment, is it an crawled property converted from custom site column?
Here is an good article for
adding refiner in SharePoint search 2013, and it seems there is not much difference from your process. However, here are the things you could check:
RefinableString00 is in TEXT type, please make sure it matches your vendor name column.
Please try mapping all crawled properties related to vendor name to RefinableString00 and test the issue again.
Please try make managed property searchable as well.
You could also try your process on other default managed property and see if it works.

I am having trouble changing my billing info
Here is my problem, My mom is in charge of my itunes account and authorized my itunes on my computer. It registers as her account, but the billing info is not correct. She corrected it from her computer and it is working from her computer, iphone, and ipod to make purchases on itunes. But it still has not carried over to my computer. It still does not work even if i change the billing manually myself, it just wont save. Any ideas why? Or advice how to go about this?

Well, it certainly could be a factor. Many Newstand apps are multimedia, and contain sizable files. However, once the download is complete, everything needed to view the issue is generally there, at least in my experience (mostly with NatGeo). Its possible US Weekly is different and designed to access live internet content.
I do see from the App store that this gets quite a few negative reveiws for a variety of reasons. -

Try this....
Reboot your router by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again. Close all apps on your iPad in the recents tray, then reboot your iPad as well.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

This is expected behavior. Upon initial sign in to the iTunes Store (or a new iTunes Store region), you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as enter account information/billing information.

I have an iPad 3, iPad Mini and iPhone 5S and they are all sluggish on capitalisation using shift keys. I hope that Apple will solve the problem because it is driving me crazy.
I find using a Microsoft Surface and Windows 8 phone, which I also have, work as well as all the ios devices before the ios 7 upgrade.
It has something to do with the length of time that you need to hold the shift key down. The shift key needs to be held longer than the letter key for the capitalisation to work. For some reason, this is a major change in the way we have learnt to touch type on computers. I am having to relearn how to type!
