Sorry, but you can't. You can only use a credit card issued by a French bank and with a French billing address. Your only solution is going to be to purchase prepaid iTunes cards (there should be several places you can buy them; perhaps FNAC) and use prepaid cards to open the account and purchase.

HI Gary: I can't speak directly for movie purchases, but I recently downloaded an App to my iPad. iTunes took part of my payment from my remaining iTunes gift card and the remainder was charged to my credit card. The emailed receipt clearly stated how much was charged to the card.

Do you get this error message only when you try to print from PowerPoint?
When you click on Print, a new window opens. That includes a button to click for Printer Settings.

My printer is working on Default Settings. Yu can change that by clicking there.

Hi, i have a ipod classic, it now wont turn on or do anything, i have charged it, toggled the HOLD button and tried all the suggested press and hold, but nothing. Ive tried conecting it to the computer via a USB cable again nothing, its not even showing on my Itunes account when thats turned on.

Have you left the iPod to charge for a couple of hours and then tried resetting it again? It can take up to at least 30 minutes of charging before an iPod with a dead battery shows any signs of life. By a reset, I assume you mean pressing and holding both the Select/Center and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear?

Basically you put the iPod in Diskmode by
1. Resetting (Press the Menu and Center Button for 10 secs)
2. When the Apple Logo comes ON, press Center and Pause Button for 6 secs till the Disk mode screen comes ON.
3. Connect to your iTunes, and Restore to factory settings, if it prompts you. ( be patient for 5 minutes)
if it does not comes On iTunes or on your Desktop, check your Cable or change the USB port to USB 2 port Windows Desktop has these port at the back. don't use the front USB port.
If you using Laptop, read the Manual to see which port are USB 2.0, some older laptop, has only one USB 2.0 port, so that may cause sync failure.

Start with the steps in http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559 and if that doesn't help, some have found it works if you:
Settings > Airplane Mode ON and Do Not Disturb ON
Power down and wait 5-10 minutes
Power up
Settings > Airplane Mode OFF and Do Not Disturb OFF
Now try WiFi again.
If none of this helps, visit the Apple store genius bar and have the techs test it.

since you downloaded quicktime is it still asking you to download quicktime?
