No. That's not what I said. You can get an out of warranty replacement, which will be exactly the same model, color, and will be locked in exactly the same way the original is. If you want an iPhone 5, get the 4S replaced, sell it, and use the money to put toward a new phone.

Derek's right. To explain his second point more, you can mount your old Mac's hard drive on your new one and once you've done this you can simply drag your music folder over.
You can mount various ways, if you have a router and both are on your LAN network I believe u use the Go menu in your new Mac to mount your old one.
You can also use a cable directly between the two. I did this years agonwith ethernet but I bet USB or even FireWire is possible.
Once you get your music copied over, you may need to add your music into your Mac's iTunes.
Open iTunes and then select Add to Library and then find your music folder to add. You can add single songs or folders of songs or your entire folder of all songs.

I have a mic hooked up through an interface and I'd like to open up my backing tracks then figure out what vocal effect sound good on what places during the song, then I want to have those automatically trigger while I'm singing and performing. Very new to this and just looking for some basic information or a link to specifics. Most of what I'm searching for brings up content for publishing and I'm really looking for information about reselling items in a product line. For example Greeting Cards, Signs etc... As for fonts, you don't need to do anything as long as you don't try to sell the actual font files. In print or the screen your fine to do as you want. Most fonts include a license EULA for you to read when installing them anyway.
As for images, that may be a different story, it will depend on the image. If there is a file that accompanies the image that states you can do as you please, that fine, but other wise, assume the image is copyrighted and require permission to use.
Some programs provide clipart that is for public use this clicpart can be printed and sold. But as with the fonts, you can not sell the clipart files themselves.
In the EULA that accompanies the software, it should state what can be done with any clipart or fonts that are included with the software.
If you are still in doubt, contact the company and verify it.

Log into the iCloud on your MacBook Pro and enable Photo Stream:
Then launch iPhoto and set iPhoto's Photo Stream preferences to the following:
Then check the Photo Stream section of iPhoto:
This is to confirm that the photos are still in Photo Stream. If they are they will be imported into the library.
NOTE: not all photos in an iPhone will be in the Photo Stream. PS only keeps photos in it for 30 days.
If you have the missing photos in your library put them in an album. Connect your iPhone to the Mac and open iTunes. In iTunes you can select that album in the library and sync the photos to your iPhone to get them back on the iPhone.

But check with your carrier to see which system they use (CDMA or GSM) and can you just purchase a nano-sim to use in the iPhone 6.
