Having an Apple TV has absolutely nothing to do with the iPhone or syncing issues with an iPhone.
How much free space is on the iPhone. What does it actually say in iTunes on the Summary tab?
What is selected to sync?
Have you tried selecting a single song or album to sync? If so, does that sync?

You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

Even if I'm not despertate, creating a new Id is good Idia. But I think I must create another email address also since I can't use the first email adress as an apple id for the new one. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
