Sign out from your pple Id on your Device and Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and then Sign In with your Apple Id here and Under your Primary Email Address click on Resend Next to Verification Email Sent. Now Go to your Email Account and Verify your Apple Id again by clicking in the Link inside the Mail that you might have received from Apple. Now Sign In on your Device and try to make a Purchase and if it is for the first time then you will be asked to Review your Account and if you have entered your Credit/Debit card in your Account then you will have to just Enter your 3 Digits CVV Number and then click on Done. And then you can try downloading any Application from AppStore or Music from iTunes Store and check if its working.

As newer iPhones and iOS versions are made, apps start to drop support for the older versions of the iOS. It looks like you have fallen victim to this. Hi. I have an ipod touch 4th generation, it's in perfectly good condition no cracks or anything. The issue is my ipod is locked and i'm not able to type in my passcode because the numeric keypad isn't working properly.For ex. when i hit 8 (which is the second number in my passcode) the number 5 type in. Also my home button isn't working. Hope that was specfic enough.. thanks!!

You don't have a copy of it on your backup of your downloads and you've checked your computer's hard drive for it ? What you can re-download will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. I need some assistance with downloading the new iOS 5 software for my iPod touch 4th generation (32GB). Once connected, my iTunes says that a newer version is available and when I click on "update," the standard boxes appear and when i click on "download and update," it appears to download just as expected, but after a few minutes, an error box pops up and says that my "network connection timed out" and to "try again later"...
I have tried to get around this in every which way possible, but the same error box pops up each time. I have checked AND double checked my network and its connections and I am 100 percent sure they are stable. I have downloaded the latest version of iTunes (10.5). I even re-installed it, just in case. I have also tried clicking the "download only" option instead of "download and update"... No different.
In previous discussions, I have inferred that having my media on an external hard drive may cause some issues...? If this is the case, please note that all my media is on an external hard drive that connects to my computer via USB.
I am looking for any and all advice to help resolve this issue as the my warrenty has expired and I do not want to pay for Apple Support. : ) plus, iOS 5 looks so cool and I really really want it!!!!

I am not able to purchase any upgrades on my Ipod, music, movies, videos, or anything because it says my security code is invalid. I am not sure if I am using the wrong numbers or if there is something wrong with my account. I have tried to change my apple Id and my password. Other times I am able to sign on to my Ipod with my user ID and password to do an update and it says there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. then you can tap continue and view further info, and when I do this it takes me to my account settings page with the info that I originally set up my Ipod with. I no longer have that same credit card and would like to remove it from account and update with a new one, but have not been sucessful in doing this by using my Ipod. Can I do this online somewhere? Can anyone help me out?

I have two Canon Printers, an MP970 and a MX710, I want to use both to scan, but the Canon Solution
I have two Canon printers an MP970 and an MX710, when I installed the MX710 it disabled my ability to access the MP970 SCANNER from the Canon Solution Menu.
I have tried to re-install the drivers and the MP970 Solutions but even that only allows the scanner in the MX710?

The MP970 and MX710 use two seperate versions of the Solution Menu, so I think what is happening is that it copied over your desktop shortcut with the latest version which nly shows the 710. If both versions of the Solution Menu are still on the computer, they should be accessible under your Start Menu if you are using Windows or your Applications Menu if you are on a Mac. Under the Start Menu you would go to All Programs and Canon Utilities and it should list two seperate versions of Solution Menu. The newwer version being for the 710 and the older being for the 970. On Mac, if you click Go from Finder, and click Applications, you should have the same Canon Utilities folder and the same applies as it does in Windows. You should have two versions of Solution Menu, one for each printer.

But on my mac, itunes is ok but icloud is blocked on to my old Apple id I thought it would would automatically sync when ichanged the id in itunes
Obviously not Can somebody pleas help ThanksYou need to go to System Preferences (this may be called Settings in Mountain LIon)>iCloud and sign out. Then sign in with the new ID.
