I have tried to get a magazine subscription D/L on my IPAD without success for almost a year now. I called the mag company and they had some tech difficulties but I have never received my subscription. I asked for my $19.99 back they told me to contact Itunes. How do you do that?? Itune sent me email today asking to renew subscription period for another year. How do I tell them that I am not getting this subscription. Can anyone give me some advice please?

Hi, i have my iMac from 2008 and it's always work but for almost the lasy year youtube doesn't work. Could be your work banned your particular MAC address or some such. Maybe they ran an analysis on network usage and type of use and found you to be a large consumer on their network. IDK what type network you are on or business you work at. I know it's been done before to curtail employee efficiency. Otherwise, you may need to speak to the administrator of said network.

I am trying to download an epub book from the library, which I have been doing for almost a year. Now I am being asked for my adobe id, which I enter and I get an error message stating Adobe Activation Request Error:2004.. What's this ?
I downloaded Blue Fire Reader and it requested an adobe id. I clicked on the link that was in the error message stated http//adeactivateadobe.com. Found out that if the date and time on my Ipad is wrong that it won't let me download a book. I was off 5 hours. I reset my clock settings and adobe id let me download a book from the library. I am back to using Overdrive and adobe again on my ipad.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

I've had my ipad for almost a year and I use Face Time every day. It's been working perfectly all the time but now I've upgaded to the new ios6 it keeps cutting the conversation off and we have to reconnect. Anyone got any ideas?

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

How can I unlock my iphone from Iusacel (Mexico) I moved to Canada and the Iusacel company told me they cannot do it. Can you tell me how? I want to keep using my iphone.
The normal process is to request the unlock with the carrier. They process it and pass it on to Apple to be applied to the Apple's iPhone database. The carrier would then inform you when Apple has provisioned the unlock, and you would restore your iPhone as a new device in iTunes to apply the unlock (you would get a message at the end of that restore as new in iTunes indicating the unlock was successfully applied). You could then restore your iPhone from backup to get everything back as it was.
However, for some carriers, you seem to beed to complete the iTunes restore from within the country where they provide service. Regardless, have you tried restoring as new in iTunes to see if it processes any provisioned unlock request? Just be sure to backup the iPhone first, before restoring as new. -

You need to move the music from the iPod to your iTunes library on your computer then sync with the iPhone.

Windows Update says there's a newer release of C-Fi drivers from June of 2007 - yet we all know NOT to use MS hardware installation advice. Hey Creative - not everyone has switched to Vista, and many of us won't because its performance stinks.

Although I have synced my ipad to only one PC computer I now get the message that it is synced to another computer and only one computer sync is permitted. I have lots of apps on the ipad and do not want to loose everything by starting fresh with the ipad. How can I get the ipad to again accept my computer and sync successfully?

The mail icon on my iPhone says I have 1,504 unread messages, but when I go to delete them, it says "No Mail".
