when trying to update my credit card info I get the message "my credit card is declined" or similar. How can I update my card expiry date & security number? the program wont allow me to do this.

We have the same problem. it looks like uyou will have to cancel the card.( really inconvenient) I know. then we just used itunes prepaid cards. we feel a little smarter doing it this way.

It's a network issue, not an account balance issue. Troubleshoot your network or just restart your iPod and/or router, try connecting to the Store a bit later, or try the download in iTunes on your computer and then sync the purchase to your device.

Why do I have to update my credit card info for a free app???

1. I need help!!!
2. I need to update my credit card, which has expired, so that I can pay an outstanding balance.
3. There is a purchase on my account that I did not make. I may have made it accidentally, but it is music that I already have in my personal CD collection.
4. I was advised to purchase an I Tunes Gift Card, and that it will resolve this issue, and it did not resolve the issue.
5. When I try to delet the expired credit card, and update my account, a "Temporairly Unavailable . . . try again later" message appears. I have been trying again later for hours.

How did Adobe auto update my credit card info??

Hi, I have an issue with Adobe currently. This has happened twice now during my one-year CC subscription. I had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent charges not associated with Adobe and as a result wasn't able to update my credit card info or make my payment because I hadn't received my new credit card yet. I received my new card on Monday and TODAY, I received an email saying this:
Per your request, we have reactivated your subscription to Creative Cloud. It's a pleasure to welcome you back! Sign in to access all your membership features.
I logged in to my Adobe account to see that I had been successfully charged my monthly amount and even verified that I had been through my bank account. The disturbing issue is that I NEVER logged in and updated my credit card info with Adobe to make this payment, I never authorized this payment, nor did I request my account to be reactivated.
HOW DID ADOBE GET MY NEW CREDIT CARD INFORMATION??
This happened previously as well and I just shrugged it off as me forgetting that maybe I had updated my card info, but this time, I know for sure that I didn't. So again, how was my new credit card information obtained by Adobe? This makes me want to forego using Adobe products ever again if no one can give me a clear answer to this.

i lose a my credit card, at last month.
so, i wouldn't charge about this month my subscription.

i doesn't find that update tap for credit card info.
so, i called adobe Korea cs center.
he referred enter to update tap for me, i enter the update tap.
but i couldn't change my account info.
BECAUSE, MY CREDIT CARD IS INVALID.

so, i went to the bank, check my credit card.
MY CREDIT CARD DOES NOT HAVE PROBLEM, IS NORMAL.
