i have problems in the billing informatopn such as governorate i don't know which governorate iam supposed to choose and the postcode, i have also another problem whatever i wrote in the governorate and the postcode when i'm filling the billing information,it always gives me message " your payment method was declind please enter anthor payment method" please help

The card needs to have been issued by a bank in your country (i.e. Egypt if that is where you are), and be registered to the same name and address as you have on your iTunes account. If you are trying to use a debit card then it probably will be declined, as far as I know they are no longer accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined.
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? If it is then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes support and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management
For the 'governorate' and postcode are they not parts of your Egypt address ?

Go to App store - Scroll to the bottom and tap on your Apple ID Name then it says View Apple ID Tap that and change your country there by selecting the country/region option. Let me know if that helps :-).

How Do I Switch My Apple Store from USA to Canada?

Hello!
I recently got a Mac computer handed down from a family member, and I've been trying to update it. However when I try to download Mavericks, it asks for me to login to my Apple ID and then when I do a pop up comes up saying the ID is for the US store and it's going to transfer me to the US store. I'm in Canada, and now can't purchase anything because my credit card info and address is Canadian, yet I'm stuck in the US Apple store.
How do I go about switching my account to the Canadian store?

You need to erase the HDD, reinstall the version of OS X that shipped from the factory on the Mac and then set it up as new with your own Apple ID.

I tried to change my Apple ID from AOL acct(no longer open)to a yahoo acct.At the time of setup,I put my yahoo acct as the"alternate Apple ID".Now I want yahoo as my primary & it won't let me,my yahoo(.me)is already in use as my alternate Apple ID!!

For years, my primary account with apple has been used with my AOL account. s Luckily I just discovered this in iCloud, that's its retaining all the old email, and documents relating to my old AOL account, because this is NOT what I want being saved up in the Cloud. It's very important that I switch it to my yahoo account, which it looked like it would be a simple process. I hit edit and that's when it became a challenge - it only allowed to me change primary ID and my alternate ID could not match. So I looked down the page and saw there was a very similar looking email already in the alternate Apple ID list. It was my yahoo address but it ended in " .me" I have tried looking all over the net and I can't figure out how to do what I want....which is simply swap my current Apple ID with Alternate Apple ID but there are ZERO instructions (at least that I can find) on how to do this - at least how to edit my alternative Apple ID. If I could find that out, I'd figure out the rest from there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance....

Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. It's strange because I can change my AppleID country without this message.
So what to do? Just try to do this again, but on another device. You may also erase cookies and history of your browser.
