when i want to create my apple ID without credit card (while the none button is on), the message "contact itunes support to complete this transaction" is showing at the last step. what does it mean and what should i do to create my apple ID?

When setting up my apple id for the apple store I get to the credit card screen and it tells me I have to contact support to finish. I can't seem to contact support as there is no number for them on this type of issue. How the **** to I talk to a person who can fix this?
It's a real problem when you're deployed outside the US and your billing address, though totally correct, is not. This seems to be a common complaint. I think the billing address vs. your present location causes some security concern or similar nonsense that prevents progress.
The only way I know of to resolve this is to contact iTunes Support by email. I have never had to wait more than a day for a response:

The response should not be "automated'. Explain your circumstances. You deserve a personalized response. -

I have tried to cancel credit card info but there is no option in my payment screen. There is only the option to choose 1 of 3 credit cards. What do I do next? Any and all help with be greatly appreciated!
I don't think that the "none" option is available in every country. Where are you located?
If you can't remove the credit card by any other means, you might want to contact iTunes support. You can choose your country in the bottom right corner.

I guess I have more then one Apple ID accounts and I own a little money on both and I am willing to pay and when I try to update and put my new payment method in my iPhone it tells me I need to contact iTunes support, the apple id I'm useing now is xxxxxxx and I know that I had one with xxxxxxx but apple won't let me use that one anymore it just say account nolonger promitted. It's a network issue, not an account balance issue. Troubleshoot your network or just restart your iPod and/or router, try connecting to the Store a bit later, or try the download in iTunes on your computer and then sync the purchase to your device.
