Log into the App Store with your Apple ID and password. Locate the apps in question then purchase and download them.
You cannot upgrade the apps she purchased without using her Apple ID and password.

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

then send you'll get to a page yo send email (dont do chat later) > ask them to reset your security questions.
they are going to have you verify a couple things on your account to make sure you are you but that should get it fixed
