I have iTunes gift card from usa.. And my account is uk .. When I tried to change the country to redeem I couldn't cuz there's still have credit balance .. Can you make it 000? So I can change the country ?

Hello
Go to MIR4 and see the document that has been reverse.
From there itself you click on Accounting document, it will show you what the accounting document that has been posted in the system. (nothing but FB03 view)
Now go to FBL1N vendor line items report and run with all open items.
Though, essentially, the balance of the vendor has become zero, still both the original document and reversal document still shows as open items.
Now, you go to F-44 and clear them manually.
If you have proper set up for automatic clearing, then it should clear by using F.13
For automatic clearing please check the configuration in OB74.

How to make cash account balance Zero at the end of the year

We have one account 200180 with 1000 Company code( Germany), and document currency is HKD(Hong kong Dollor), but LC is Euro and it is a cash account. At the end of the year, this account shows 0 balance in HKD, and 10,000 in Euro. I understand that it is because of difference in exchange rates every month. Shall I include this account in foreign currency valuation ? Any other way to make the balance is 0 in Euro?

HT1918 Use gift card balance before charging to credit card

How can I set the payment to default to using my gift card balance before charging my credit card?
I redeemed a few gift cards a couple of days ago and have a balance to draw from, yet the charge for the items I've ordered since then have hit my credit card, and that's not what I wanted to happen. I wouldn't have made those purchases if I knew that.

Purchases should always be deducted from your credit balance first unless you're buying a gift for someone. Assuming you were indeed not buying a gift for someone else - gifts cannot be purchased using a credit balance - another user in the forums posted this as the reply from the iTunes Store when this issue was brought up. I'm sorry you weren't able to make a purchase using your store credit. To purchase items on the iTunes Store with your store credit, your account information in your user profile needs to be corrected. I'll walk you through this process to get you back up and running in no time.
1) Visit the My Apple ID website at: http://appleid.apple.com
2) If the site is not displayed in your preferred language, click the Change Language link in the upper-right corner, type the name of your language in the field that appears, then click the Save button.
3) Click the "Manage your account" link.
4) Type your iTunes Store account name (which is your Apple ID) in the Apple ID field, type your password in the password field, then click the Sign In button.
5) Click "Addresses" in the column on the left. If you have multiple shipping addresses, remove any out-of-date or duplicate addresses by clicking Delete. Also, make sure the state or province field is filled out correctly for each address. To edit an address, click Edit. Edit all of your shipping addresses and make sure the appropriate state is selected in the State drop-down menus.
6) Now click "Phone Numbers" on the left. The area codes should be in the area code fields and the phone numbers should be in the phone number fields. If an area code is missing, or if it is in a phone number field, your account information may not save properly.
7) Make any other necessary corrections, then click the Save Changes button.
8) Click Log out in the upper-right corner. When you make your next purchase on the iTunes Store, you will be asked to review your billing information. At this point, you can change your information or simply click Done at the bottom of the screen to proceed. Once you click Done, you should be able to purchase on the iTunes Store using your store credit.

Balance values are not stored in a single table. They're accumulated and aggregated to get the results.

If you have a balance on your iTunes account then that will automatically be used for purchases before your credit card will be - you can't change how items are billed.
You could try gifting items to yourself, you can only gift via a credit card (I haven't tried it but I think that you should be able to gift items to yourself)

I have replaced a Verizon basic phone with a Verizon smart phone. My basic phone is on a "Pay-As-You-Go" plan with over a $300.00 credit balance. Customer statements for credit balances (F.27)

We need to be able to run "Periodic Account Statements in SAP, transaction F.27, for customers that have a credit balance.
For clarity, this is a balance that is less than ZERO, for example if a customer has an outstanding credit item on their account that exceeds any debit amount, eg: invoice for $100, payment for $150, net CREDIT balance of ($50)
In accordance with direction from our auditors, we need to be able to print and send these statements, as we do with the present process of sending monthly statements to customers that have a debit balance, and send them to customers. I'd be really surprised if this functionality is not built into SAP.
My Question is: Can this change be made using a built-in functionality in SAP like make config changes in SAP IMG or would this need to be programmed? If it can be done in SAP by making config changes please post the steps. Thanks.

SOLUTION:
When you run the transaction F.27 you specify a Company code and a Correspondence type. The correspondence type has a print program and a variant associated to it through SAP IMG (config). During its run F.27 calls the program + variant dynamically. The variant controls the selection screen of that print program. One of the fields on that selection screens is "Balance in local currency". The value for that field was set to greater than zero (Balance in local currency > 0). This is why F.27 was skipping any Customer Statements which had a balance less than zero (i.e. credit balance).
You can check the program name and variant associated with a correspondence type by following this path in SAP IMG:
SPRO > SAP Reference IMG > SAP Customizing Implementation Guide > Financial Accounting > Financial Accounting Global Settings > Correspondence > Assign programs for Correspondence Types
and you can modify the variant by using transaction SE38.

"credit balance is out of date"...BUT WONT REFRESH!!???

I got, and used, 2 iTunes gift cards. On the 2nd purchase, I exceeded the balance of credit I had, so i figured it would jsut charge my (checking) account as usual. Well, I was able to purchase and download the songs ok, but my balance is "stuck", at +$9.61......now when I try and make purchases, it wont let me, and gives me an error "your credit balance is out of date, press "OK" to refresh and try again".....BUT IT WONT WORK...
What now?

Log out and log back into iTunes. Don't simply quit iTunes and restart it.
