HT1918 My credit card is declined and it doesn't work any more-I want to use my same credit card but I can not update it
Ok forever the same thing-I have as we'll declined credit card on my payment method,I've updated everything but of course it doesn't work forever,
What the ------ nothing works for this

I can't remember why but I made two Apple ID's, one with a Gmail address and another with a Yahoo address. I have always used my Yahoo address Apple ID to purchase my apps but I have recently deactivated my Yahoo address. So now I want to start using my Gmail address Apple ID but I can't purchase any apps or even my old apps on my iPhone. How can I use and re-install apps through my Gmail address Apple ID on my iPhone? And is there a way to deactivate my Yahoo address Apple ID that I do not want to use anymore?
Apple does not transfer content bought with one Apple ID to another Apple ID. Apple will not merge two Apple IDs.
If most of your content was bought with the Yahoo! Apple ID but you now want the Gmail address for your Apple ID, the trick will be to change the address used for the Yahoo ID with the Gmail address. However, to do that you must first free the Gmail address from that other Apple ID. Use the instructions from Apple to substitute another address that is not used as an Apple ID for your Gmail address in the Apple ID with the Gmail address. Then, when the Gmail address is no longer used in an Apple ID, you can use the same instructions to substitute the Gmail address for the Yahoo address in the Apple ID with the Yahoo address.

but when I want to buy the third times, can't it's said "Please contact itunes support to complete this transaction"
so I was think may be something wrong with my credit card, and I direct call my credit card to check to make sure that I still have limit,
according to my credit card customer service, everthing is ok, nothing wrong with my payment, the limit is more that enough for the next transaction.
I try to buy it again, but still can't and it's said "Please contact itunes support to complete this transaction"

ipone 4s display suddenly doesn't work any more. most of the time i can't even unlock my iphone as it puts the numbers itself. and if i am lucky to unlock it opens apps and does everything else whenever my finger comes near the display without even touching it. I did reset and also updated my operating system. But the problem stills shows up... can anyone help please?

I have Lightroom 5.5 as standalone app on my laptop and I want to use Lightroom mobile too. But I am not an Adobe CC subscriber and I don't have Photoshop CC. Can I use LR mobile? Right now it's telling me it's on trial and I have only 17 days left.
But I paid for my Lightroom 5.5, LR Mobile is an app for LR5, isn't that unfair not to allow me to use LR Mobile? Adobe should change this policy.

Yes, the iPhone 5S is a global phone. However, Sprint will only unlock phones for use on GSM networks outside of the U.S. In the U.S., that phone can only be used on Sprint's network. -

I stream video/audio from my iPhone to AppleTV (like YouTube) and it works fine. I want to use headphones on the iPhone so I can stream the video to AppleTV and listen on the headphones, but Airplay will not allow me to select both AppleTV and headphones, I can only select one. How can I watch AppleTV and listen on the headphones?

I want to use my husband's contact number on his iPad so that we can iMessage and especially FaceTime, but we share the same Apple ID. This works fine on our phones, why can't we have the option to use his contact number on his iPad the same way? This iPad can only be used with WiFi (contrary to what we were told upon purchasing it...). Anyone have any helpful advice??
This is not an area where I have any expertise, but you may want to consider using separate Apple IDs and using the recently released Family Sharing capabilities which still allow you to share your music and apps.

why cant i download itunes on my windows 7 pc? i used to have itunes on my pc once but it was not uploded for a while and got deleted...and now i have tried to download it and all i got was "thanks for download itunes"...after that i have tired to dwnload it from another web browser and ive got the same thing.....!!

Copy the iTunesSetup.exe installer to an external hard-drive, or a large-enough thumb drive or burn it to a CD-R. Carry the installer back to your PC, copy the installer to your hard drive.
