look i need help to enter in the credit card info.
the card(s) are good and it wont except them
By 'won't accept them' you mean ... ? Are you getting an error message ?
For a credit card to be accepted (debit cards and prepaid cards won't be) it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.

It sounds like you want to use your Apple ID without a credit card.
You can set your credit card to None in the billing information section of iTunes. This article will help you do that.

Open iTunes.
Choose Store > Sign In.
Enter your Apple ID and password and click Sign In.
Choose Store > View Account.
Enter your account password and click View Account.

Note: You can find the payment methods that the iTunes Store accepts in the Payment Type section. If you don't want a payment method on your account, select None in the Payment Type section.
Click the Done button after you've updated all of your information.

I am trying to set up my new Iphone 4 and download apps. I made an Apple Id which is all good. But when I try and enter in my credit card info it keeps asking for my Zip code and state. I live in Canada not US. I changed the phone to Canadian but it still keeps asking for it and won't let me put in my right information which in turn won't let me download any apps. Can anyone help?
Postal & Zip codes are same. Just enter postal code without space. It will accept.

iTunes uses your credit card even on free downloads to verify your account and to make sure you have a payment method in case you use in-app purchases.

I saved my debit card information on my iPhone 5s iOs 7 device a while back so i could purchase an app and some music. Now my bank account that is connected to that debit card is in the negative at the moment. I have 12 apps that have been needing to be updated for the past 2 weeks and when i try to update them, it says there is a problem with your billing info. But i don't want to buy anything, i just need to update my apps! it won't even let me download a free app! please help me permanently delete my debit card info. I don't have another credit card to replace the other one.

i cannot download free apps via the App Store...i get an error message that asks me to enter my credit card information... i wish not to enter my credit card info until i want to purchase something, and to download free apps, i do not believe i should need to enter credit card info.

Oh thank god i am not the only one with this problem. It started with me on Saturday (aug 28) and still, no solution.
I live in the border with the USA so i’ve been using my itunes account with a USA debit card and then it started with that **** declined CC problem =S

Had you never backed up the phone before? When you saw the iTunes logo and cable, the device was in recovery mode. The data was already lost. The only way to recover from that is to restore the device, which will delete all of your data. You will only be able to restore to your last backup, whenever that was. Sorry this happened, but this highlights the importance of doing regular backups. The backup is the only protection you have against a problem like this.
