The description of the field VBKD-BSTKD will appear in sales order (VA01/02/03) Header Order data tab.
If you notice the text for below one it is PO Number where Number starts with upper-case N and it iis not the one which you changed.
Also this is a hyperlink to sales header order data screen.
You need to enhance the code via sales exit to fix this.

Public API/Interface name to import the payment information against invoice

I want to get the Oracle supported Public API/Interface name to import the payment information against invoices(because there is a need to importing payment data against closed invoices from 11.5.5 to R12). Since I am not getting any standard oracle supported method, I am using the API AP_PAY_INVOICE_PKG.AP_PAY_INVOICE but while running it I am getting the following error:-
Payment API Error =ORA-20001: APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-28115: policy with check option violation

The below query will meet your requirement, but payment amount won't matches with some cases see below .
1) Check Payment/EFT Payment for more than one invoice we will pay that time invoice amount is
not equal to payment amount, Payment amount is greater than Invoice Amount. This will be controlled in Report level.
if you develop report using this query, there you can control this issue.

How can i delete my billing account if the Edit is not showing next to the "Payment Information" message

I followed instructions on how to disable the payment information on the Apple sitte. However, i never saw the Edit that enables me to select the None option.

If you have a current iCloud ID that is a newer version of the old ID (and not an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone and delete the old account. Then go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.

I would like to update my apps but at the end come out with a message ask me to fill in the payment method. After I fill up the form but payment failure to do so. Then I wish to remove all the payment method but there is no a column to choose. I am confusing because I can remove it last time.

Changed credit card in the payment information now can't purchase anything. The new credit card i use all the time for online purchases but can't buy anything on iTunes.

I Changed my payment information to a different credit card, now it won't work. The new credit card has been used for online purchasing all the time but I can't buy anything on iTunes or in game app purchases.

What do you mean by 'won't work' and 'can't buy anything' ? If you are getting an error message when trying to buy things then what does it say ?
