HT1918 Tryingt o change billing information and keep getting "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed.
Trying to change my itunes billing info and keep getting the message"your request cannot be processed at this time, please try again later." This is going on and on forever. What is the problem?

I created a playlist with 19 songs. I gift playlist go through entire process, click purchase and get "Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Try again Later" from Itunes

The problem is that we were trying to change this person's credit card associated with the AppleID from her personal card to her company credit card. Going to http://store.apple.com/us/account/home and trying to Edit the credit card information at least got us to a more useful error message -- it complained about the credit card billing address.
So we went to Plan B, and created a new appleID for her, following these instructions http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534 to get her an appleID without a credit card. It then happily completed the registration process, and now she can download free apps.
When she needs to buy an app, I'll probably be back. (Sheesh, apple, this should NOT be this hard to give you money!!!) -
i cant purchase anything until i have filled in my billing and bank details!
Same here. I have not been able to download anything for the last 1 month. Im asked to verify my billing Info even when downloading Free Apps & afteer doing all the editings and click DONE. I get, Your request is temporarily unable to be processed please try again later. How can one contactl Apple on email??? CanT visit the store coz we dont have one in my country and cant call US bcoz its expensive, yet im not sure if my problem will be resolved on phone. Im really sick of this.

This happens on both the iTunes Store on my iPhone 4S and on the desktop version of the iTunes Store.

When I get an email that the latest epsidoee in my season pass is ready for downloard, I click the place in the email and it opens iTunes, but then I get the message Your request is temporarily unable to be processed.Please try again later"I This just statrted the other day. I am seeing this problem show up on other forums as well. Does anyone know what is gong on?

How do I load Citrix Receiver on my iMac? App Store search came up with zip. Tried from Citrix website, it tried to hook up with App Store snd I got this message: "your request could not be completed". Any ideas?
I see the same dialog and definitely can't locate the app on the App Store.

HT1918 Can't change billing information
It will not allow me to update my billing info.. I have tried changing it but it tells me to go to apple support.. When I do, it tells me what to do.. I follow the prompts but it keeps telling me to go back to apple support, which then tells me the same thing..
I have done that but it still tells me to go back to support.. This is so frustrating!

HT1918 I went in and updated my billing information and it's still saying wrong sercurity code
I'm trying to update my application on my iPad 3... Every time I do it keeps bringing up billing. So I sign in there n do my information and it says wrong sercurity code when indeed its right. I also went and tried to update my billing information and I keep getting same thing. Could this be bc I moved from ny to Alaska...I really need help on my updates
You might want to double check the information that you changed. The billing address that you entered for your credit card must match exactly what it says on your credit card statement and that could bw why you are getting this message.
If the address on your CC statement has your Street showing as "Street" and you are using the abbreviation "St.", things like that can cause problems. Maybe a spelling error in your iTunes information - anything like that could cause this. -
I tried downloading a free app and it asked for my billing information and when I entered it, it said that there was a billing problem with a previous purchase and I have to update it. I keep updating it and it wont let me verify it and I cant get any apps even if they are free, and I just Deleted some apps to make room for my new upate!
The message says: "The payment method has been denied, try another method"
I'm living in the same country and city since I was born, so I don't think the location is the problem.
And yes, I paid with the card a meal in Burguer King today. And nothing more. -

It's a credit card, not a debit card ? As far as I know that message will show if you are trying to use a card that was not issued by a bank in the same country as where your iTunes account is based (and you need to be in that country). on ios device go to settings - itunes app stores - click on your apple id - select view apple id- and then enter password. - your billing info is in the account window.
on computer open itunes - go to itunes store - either sign in - or click apple id - view apple id - enter password - billing info under account window -
