I live in Kenya - iTunes will not accept my KCB debit card as a valid form of payment. I am using the same card successfully on Amazon, so why wont iTunes accept it?

Is it a debit or a credit card ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and be issued by a bank in the country where you are iTunes account are. If it is then what happens when you try to add it ?

Try following these steps:
1) Open iTunes on your computer and sign into your account.
2) Click the Account link under the QuickLinks list
3) There should be an Edit Button by your credit card and billing information. Click the edit button next to the section you wish to make changes to.
4) Enter in your changes. Make sure your billing address matches exactly what is listed on your credit card statement, becuase variation can lead to purchases not going through properly.
5) When all of the information is up to date, save your changes.

Cards app asks for CVV when I have PayPal as form of payment

Hey guys, so trying to buy a card in Cards and it asks for my CVV, yet I have PayPal as my form of payment for my appleid. What now? I'll change it for now to order the card, but this seems like a massive oversight considering that PayPal has been a form of payment in iTunes for quite some time now.

Whoever wrote the billing system for the Cards App didn't think it through. Dissapointing for Apple. It should be the same and as easy as the App Store.
I was able to order one card the other day, but now it says my card is declined. I've switched up my cards with no luck and ran across the PayPal issue you mention is my pursuit to hand over $2.99 to Apple.

Insert a form of payment

My iPod keeps sayin' to me to put a form of payment for download or update apps. The main problem is that i don't have a credit card and i register my Apple account on my iPod, does anyone know how to fix it?

You need a valid payment method. However, you can create a new iTunes account w/o a credit card but that account is only good for free apps. See:

Hi! I have $0.06 left in my account which is preventing me to switch my country so i can put in a new form of payment for my purchases... Is there any other way that i could by pass this? Or can i just donate the $0.06 somewhere so i can switch? There aren't any available gift cards for me to purchase here at my current location....

Why does my app store account tell me that my payment method does not match my bank's records. my card is valid and works for iTunes but not the app store.

While trying to change my Credit Card info: The app store tells me that my payment method information does not match my bank records and to try again or enter a new payment method. How did you create the account ? If you followed the instructions on this page when creating it then you should have got the 'none' option : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
e.g. on a computer's iTunes, if currently signed into an account then you logged out of it, and you then found a free app in the store and clicked on its free 'price' :
And then clicked on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
When I tried that process to create an account a few days ago I got the 'none' option on the payment details screen.
If you didn't use that process then you will need to create a new account using it (the instructions won't work with an existing account).

Sorry guy, but I think you are out of luck on that one- maybe someday if Apple gets Netflix under an exclusive contract.. But for now Netflix is its own entity, therefore your account with Netflix is not affiliated with your iTunes account and you have to subscribe and pay for Netflix via credit or debit card.

HT1918 How to change payment info without a computer/iTunes?

I cannot make any purchases on my iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1.1) because my credit card changed (bank replaced it due to theft) and my iPhone is telling me, "PayPal is not supported on this device." Apple support says you can change payment info on your iPhone through Settings > Store > AppleID. I tried. I just keep getting the same "Your PayPal account cannot be verified" message over and over.
My PC croaked a couple of weeks ago and I've been unable to access a computer with iTunes. Is there any possible way to change my payment info without being on my long-lost PC? The AppleID site doesn't let you change payment info, only your basic info and password. This is really frustrating.

Your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."
