I AM CREATED AN APPLE ID BUT ITS NOT USE IN ITUNES
AS I DONT HAVE CRIED CARD ITS NOT SHOWN THE NONE BUTTON FOR ENTRE MY ID PLZZ HELP ME

e.g. if currently logged into an account then logout of it, find a free app in the store and click on its free 'price' :
click on 'create Apple id' on the popup :
Agree to the terms, fill on your details, and you should get a 'none' option on the payments screen - I tried it a few days ago in response to another thread and I got 'none'
(For future info typing all in capitals is considered shouting, makes posts difficult to read, and may mean that people don't reply to your posts.)

I cancelled my debit card that is associated with my itunes account but now i cant download my purchases and tells me payment information is incorrect. On top of that i cant not see the "none" option while editing billing information

cancelled debit card associated with my itunes account, recently redeemed a $50 gift card and used about $40 halfway through downloading the purchases a message appeared saying incorrect payment information. I all the purchases can be downloaded for free but it asks me to sign in and i hit the sane wall saying payment information is incorrect. i tried removing cancelled debit card from billing information but i can not find the "none" option when i click edit. any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are unable to select None as a payment method in your iTunes account. The following article may help you determine why this is the case:

I chekced this FF 3.6 and there is no problem with this and other versions. FF4 having this problem.
What should I do for this? Please let me know.

What printer models is this intended for? I assume it is aimed at the lower end inkjets, with the suggestion of loading 10-25 sheets of paper.

Reboot, as soon as you hear the chime press and hold the option key, when the Boot Manager appears select OSX.

I am trying to create an itune account on my iphone 5 I do not want to add a credit card. I have read several posts that say select the none option I do not have that. Please let me know how to set up itune account without a credit card just using it for free apps.

You are following the instructions on the page that you posted from exactly, and you are trying to create a new account and not update an existing account i.e. you are selecting a free app in the store and clicking on 'Create Apple ID' when 'buying' it ?

My iTunes Store does not work on my Windows 7 PC. The progress bar shows accessing Store for a few seconds, but then just a blank screen where the Home Page should be.

Try working through TS1717: iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues to start with.
Otherwise, for general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

HT1689 I cant log into my ipad or iphone to update. I can get into any account on my laptop, ME, Apple, Itunes etc. but not on the 2 mentioned.

This is new I have been using my Ipad and Iphone for months all of a sudden I can't log in. It not matching my password.

Have you tried logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then logging back in to see if it then works ?

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you to try to resolve this issue. First, you should try closing the app according to the instructions found on this website, which is a troubleshooting assistant for the iPad:
