HT1918 why do I keep getting error code 5002 when trying to make a purchase? Has been almost a week now!

Why do I keep getting Error Code 5002 when trying to make a purchase from the Itunes store? I am using Vista Home edition> havent had any problems before. This has been going on for a week.

This alert is often the result of an issue with verifying your billing.
Quit iTunes.
Open iTunes.
Test the issue.
If it persists, sign in to store.apple.com using your iTunes account
Click on Change account information
Modify or remove your credit card information.
Click Continue.
Test the issue.

wmv is a Windows Media format. I don't know why Realplayer is coming into it since that deals primarily with Real format files and maybe a few generic formats.

After installation a new Flip4Mac pane will appear in System Preferences. Make sure you set the boxes to ensure that it will play WMV files in Quicktime.

While you're at it you might install:
Perian codecs for Quicktime - http://www.perian.org - plugins to add functionality to Quicktime for playing additional audio and video formats
Quicktime audio problems, Perian, VLC - http://discussions.apple.com/message.jspa?messageID=9013669 - read note about uninstalling prior DIVX support before installing Perian.
Perian doen't do WMV but it's handy to get many things to play in Quicktime.
Note, if these are protected WMV, nothing on a Mac will play those (unless you also have Windows installed).

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.

It's an error thrown by Mac OS X's DiscRecording framework (as opposed to an error communicated by the drive's firmware). The message is (as you probably saw)
"The burn failed because of a medium write error."
Could this be a dirty lens issue in the drive.
I don't think there's one single cause for this error. It might be a dirty lens. It might be something else. Not all recordable optical discs work well with all burners. Try a different brand.

I keep getting error code 2324 when trying to download itunes 10.7.

Everytime I try to download itunes 10.7 I get error code 2324. Can anybody help with this situation? I'm trying to sync my new iphone 5 but I can't without updating my itunes, but I can't update my itunes, so please help!

I keep getting error code 0x800700570 when trying to install Windows 7 via BootCamp.

I have tried several times to install Windows 7 on an iMac 3.4 GHz i7 running 10.7.2. I have installed Windows several times in the past to other computers without problems. I have tried 4 or 5 times and removed the partition in between each attempt, alas to no avail:-( I keep getting the error code 0x800700570, which leads me to think something is missing, but what I don't know:-( Any thoughts??? If connected by usb try a different usb port first. Let the driver install process run, then reboot your computer when finished. Connect and try again. if still having problems - go to Add Remove programs on your PC and uninstall Apple Device Mobile Support and the Bonjour Services. Next locate and click on itunes in the Control Panel's Programs and Features page. whilst iTunes is selected click <repair> in the uninstall options at the top of the program list column. Reboot when finished - open iTunes and check for downloads. If the uninstalled sevices are not offered again go to a browser window and type in each as a search term and download and install both while logged in as an Administrator. Whilst logged in as an administrator - in Control Panel, click on Administrative tasks and select Services.
Check that the ipod, apple mobile device and bonjour services are all running and set to autostart using the Service property page for each. If the settings are incorrect change them to Automatic for startup - if greyed out and inaccessible, then repeat whilst logged in as an administrator.
Reboot when finished, connect and try restoring again.
if this fails then a restore using DFU mode will need to be attempted, details later if required.

I fixed the problem.. but it was very, very strange. I had a very long section for credits and set the line spacing to 1.0.. for some reason this caused it. I removed it, and it worked fine. I put it back, and I couldn't preview or play the video.
I don't know why that could cause that big of a problem, but it did..

After phone support from apple I ended up creating a new project and adding all 117 clips back in individually till I found out what clips flagged and would not allow me to export. I had 3 I deleted and replaced and everything works now 1hr after tedious work....
