HT1918 Won't accept my Apple ID, even though I used it last night on iTunes, anyone else having this problem
I'm trying to buy a video and I keep getting a message that says, "This Apple ID cannot be used for the iTunes Store." Anyone else having this problem? I just bought a movie last night without any problem.
I am having the same problem. You are only able to purchased when you first open Itunes after the first purchase the password and login details are no longer accepted by the itunes store. This has only happened after I installed the latest Itunes (11.03 (42)) so I assume that it is a bug in the software that that corrupted something on my mac.
On the bright side it means I do not give apple money

After installing the above mentioned update, my ipad will no longer turn on. I have just a black screen with the apple logo when I attach it to a power source. Anyone else having this problem, please advise on how to fix.
IF RESET DOESN'T WORK, FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTunes and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...

Whenever I ask Siri to send a message to a contact, it will attempt to send it as an iMessage. This is a problem because it will attempt to send iMessages to contacts of mine which aren't even iPhone numbers. Is anyone else having this problem?
So, this is a problem because when Siri attempts to send iMessages to those without iPhones it, of course, fails.
For example, if I say to Siri, "Tell my mother 'Hello.'" It will try to send an iMessage. My mother has an Android phone, so the iMessage just gets lost in cyberspace.
I use Siri quite often, this problem only occured about two hours ago.
Can anyone help me with this?

ThomasI had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Sort of. As part of the next update we'll make Muse ignore the 125% scale setting. This will make it easier for you to use that setting with all your other applications, but even when your Display is set to scale 125% the Muse UI will be presented at 100%. Unfortunately the current transition architecture of Muse (part native 64-bit app and part Adobe AIR app internally) combined with how Windows 8 and 8.1 achieve 125% scaling means it will be quite some time before Muse will be able to correctly support 125% Display scaling. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Iphone 5 battery drains rapidly, I have turned off apps and location even purchased a new battery, is anyone else having this problem? If anyone knows how to fix please let me know. I've tried the hard reset and nothing works.
There was a run of bad batteries for the iPhone 5. Apple will replace them if your phone qualifies and you haven't tried to fix it yourself. See: iPhone 5 Battery Replacement Program - Apple Support. Unfortunately, you may have disqualified yourself if you tried to repair it yourself.

I just updated the OS on my IPad. I turned it off and now have retured to it and it won't turn on. Anyone else having this problem?

Try resetting (rebooting) the iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes solves mysterious problems.

Everytime I put my iphone5 on charge now matter where I am and even when I have signal it always drops the signal and continues to have no signal until I take it off charge. I have the up to date software on it and everything and is relatively new. Is anyone else having this problem and how do I fix it?

While downloading iOS6 my phone stopped mid stream now its stuck on the apple logo and wont turn off or on or do anything. Is anyone else having this problem
If your iPhone is listed in iTunes, click Restore on the Overview page and follow the instructions on screen.
Should iTunes not detect your iPhone, try the following:
Turn the device completely off and remove the USB cable from your iPhone while keeping the other end of the cable plugged into your computer.
Now take your phone and press the home button.
While you keep the Home button pressed, reconnect the USB cable to your iPhone
Continue pressing the home button until the "Connect to iTunes" logo appears on your iPhone
Now follow the instructions on your screen to restore your iPhone

Obviously Ive had the same errors originally but the software has updated fine now. But for some reason the music on the phone will not play atall! with or with out headphones. It seems too just be staying at 0.00mins and even if I fast forward it it just stays at the particular mins fast forwarded to. Has anyone else had this problem?
Similar symptom here. I gathered from other threads that by removing all the songs and re-sync them back to iPhone4 would sort the problem! I tried with one album and it seemed to have work fine! So I removed all the songs and transferred them back again! However, I could not launch Music app any more! Click on Music and it just stopped, i.e. could not be launched!!!
However, I noticed that I could still play all the songs through headphone control. But if you play without the headphone plugged in, no sound comes out of the phone speaker!!!!!

I have windows on my mac which was installed at the apple store. I have lost audio and cannot connect to the internet on the windows side. Mac is ok. apple genius and tech support can't help me and say I need to go to microsoft. In fact the tech support was unaware that windows was loaded on by the apple retail store. Has anyone else had this problem?I recently bought fusion thinking this would help bridge between the two( as told by the genius bar) but it didn't help.Any ideas?
hey mate i used to have the same problem and i got computers maintenance guys out to fix it in the end and all it was, was the router.. got a new one and it was all good after that! i think some routers just arent compatible for some reason or another.

My iPhone 4S has downloaded the new update for the Is07 update but when it comes to installing it I click the agree thing and then it says verifying update and an error pops up some time later saying update software is unavailable at this time try again later is anyone else having this issue???
I imagine a ton of people are attempting to download it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.

Windows 8.1Pro won't run iTunes, anyone else have this problem?
I have downloaded the latest version of iTunes on my Windows 8.1Pro laptop, but it will not run. My wife's computer has the same problem (also 8.1Pro). Any suggestions to correct this situation?
There is no solution. iTunes is just broken with Windows 8.1. All users are having this problem. Apple has not acknowledged that this issue exists.
