HT1923 It will not let me install iTunes or delete iTunes because I do not have "administrative authority".

It says, "You must be an Administrator to remove this application. To remove this application, you can log on as an Administrator, or contact your technical support group for assistance.". I am logged in as the administrator! What do I do? This is driving me nuts. HELP please and thank you! XD
