To test if each beep is caused by USB.
I should have expected something like this as the beeping started after upgrading bios to 1.4.
Is there any ETA on a 1.5?
And anyone know a way to see the POST_LED in windows?
Also ive read some of http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?t=221303 but after 20 pages i gotten a bit dizzy.

Not normal. For 3G and later it takes minutes, for a 1G or 2G it can take four hours or so.
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Give this a try:
Go to your profile page.
Select the Notifications tab clear out anything that shows there.
Go back to your profile
In the Actions box select Preferences
Select the Email Notifications Preferences tab
Set the values as you like
Go back to your profile
In the Actions box select Manage Email Notifications
delete any that show
Note: steps 4 & 7 appear to be the same but they are not. The steps need to be followed as specified. If this doesn't stop the email we'll need to have a host look into it.

Sorry there is no way your iphone 4 can upgrade to IOS 8, it's not supported.

You don't need to download a new version of QuickTime Player 7 Pro. All you need is the email confirmation of your name and registration number. Enter that into your existing version of Player 7 and the pro features are "unlocked". -
I need help!!! I dropped my iphone from the couch to the floor, really not a big fall... it automatically turned off and got stuck with the apple logo, I already did the reseting process on itunes using the DFU mode or however its called... and it erased all my data and now its still stuck!!!
Does anybody know what can I do?? Please help!If the iPhone is recognized by iTunes, restore it. At the end of the restore process, when you're prompted to by iTunes, do not restore from backup. This will eliminate corrupted/damaged files as the issue.
If the issue persists, it looks like you may need to make a second trip to the Apple store.

Im upset that nothing is working and no one is helping
I have this same problem. The album shows available to download from the cloud, but the 3 remaining songs won't download. The songs happen to be the first 3 songs on the album. The purchase & initial download was initiated via 3G; the rest of the songs were downloaded via WiFi. I have over 20GB of storage available on my iPhone, so it's not a capacity issue.
