I bought an application, the Translator with voice and does not work at all. I consider that is so pooly develop that is near a fraud. Where should I report it? Out of all imputs That I tried none was translated appropiate.
If it's not working as described then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

Hi all. I am new to iPad and am trying to buy / download certain apps thru iTunes and or App Store. I have found the apps i want yet I keep getting messages saying "this app is not yet available in the South African store"! which means i am unable to buy it. Why not and how can i get around this? Thanks
If you see a dialog telling you the app is not avaiable, then it's not available.
And keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.
"Although you can browse the iTunes Store in any country without being signed in, you can only purchase content from the iTunes Store for your own country. This is enforced via the billing address associated with your credit card or other payment method that you use with the iTunes Store, rather than your actual geographic location."

Hi, I am trying to download IOS7 (not sure if it's 1 or 2) to my ipad. The programme has locked at the 'Choose a Wif-Fi network' page, a box says 'joining other network' but the page is greyed out and can't move from it. How can I clear this screen and finish the download. Thanks

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

My iPhone 5 got problem when connect with lighting cable, this will keep pop up message "this accessory may not be supported", I can't charge or sync at all. I tried plug and unplug many time, still can't detect/charge my iPhone5, but sometime will 'lucky' that can connect to my iTunes and charge battery…
This message will auto pop up also when I don't have plug anything in my iPhone 5, It is very annoying…
The lighting cable is original and now i'm using OS 7.0.4 / iTunes is 11.1.3

I have tried to purchase Adobe Acrobat Professional XI this morning and payment (AED 1983.53) has been taken, I received a message stating there was/is a problem processing my order and that I should contact your customer service team in UAE. Having tried this, I was met with a recorded message, in Arabic, and no options to speak to anyone. I have found this process extremely frustrating and poor on your behalf. Not providing any options to speak to an Adobe representative is equally annoying. Please get back to me ASAP, as I need to use the product immediately.
CS2 is very old and reached its "end of life" a while back. So probably won't run on modern operating systems. If you can still run it, you'll need to uninstall what you have and re-install with the download link below to activate it.

Hi, my iPad dies in the middle of a purchase for a game add on, when I charged the iPad and reloaded the game a box is on the screen that says " cannot complete your purchase" I can't slope this box, and cat play the game while it is there, I have tried removing the game several times and reinstalling but the box still appears, I even tried installing the game on a different apple I'd, and still the box is there, do you k ow how to fix this?

since i updated my Apple ID with correct email address I can now only send imessages to email addresses and not iphone numbers - any idea how to fix this problem ?
You might want to try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click See All Products and Services>iTunes>iTunes Store>Passwords & Security Questions>Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password. They should be able to explain what's going on and help you reset the password for the old ID if necessary. The call should be free.

was using my daughters itunes account and now have my own. If I "erase and sync" will I lose my data from my purchased games? I have transferred apps and backed up to my computer.
One computer iTunes can support multiple Apple IDs. One iPod can also support multiple IDs. Don't do an "erase and sync." Simply add your Apple ID to the computer's iTunes and to the iPod. The only nuisance is app updating, especially if you do the updates from the computer, rather than from the iPod.

When insert my lexar USB flash drive I get the message that the disk was not readable by this computer. It has worked previous to this and I do not want to lose the data by reformatting the drive. How can I reformat this drive and not lose my data?
You can't reformat it and not wipe everything on it.
Have you tried a different USB port?

Mountain lion has killed my mac book pro. After downloading and trying to install, I am stuck in a loop of "not enough room to install on this disk" and not being able to access the old disk's data to open up space.
Nope. It just opened the installer and stayed in the same loop.
It tells me to choose a startup disk but the only option is the HD which it will not use because it says it cannot gather enough information.
Eveything was working fine until the mountain lion failed install. -
Recently I noticed that when I change the name of a photo (correcting a mistake) it always goes back to the previous name, keeping the mistake I'm trying to correct. A spelling mistake, for example. As I keep my photos organized by name and not by date, this is very annoying.
And today it won't even read my camera's sd card, and I try with 2 different ones. If I restart the computer, leaving the memory card in, then it reads it; but if I pull it out and push it back in it doesn't see it. Whath am I doing wrong, if anything?
DianeWhere/how are you trying to change the name? If it is in Finder (after you've downloaded the pics to your desktop), highlight the pic icon and press Return. the name field will change and you can type in your new name. Hit Return again. That should make it "stick". If you're trying to do it elsewhere, please post the steps that you've tried.
As for your card: do you eject it properly? Either drag icon to trash or hit the eject symbol in the sidebar?
