HT1933 Already purchased and fully paid for the full version but there is nothing updated from the original app.
I have already purchasd and upgraded the Chest Workout App from free version to the Pro version. But there has nothing been upgraded and still unable to view the Pro version yet.
Purchased 2 years of service last year (desktop, not just for the iOS). Shortly after signing up and paying, my account was terminated stating there was no paymen. I was treated like a criminal, required to jump through a million hoops - then service as turned back on.
Few months later - service was terminated again, sighting I was spamming on the account. Nope, never spammed...and no bots or viruses spamming. Few days later they turned on the account.
Two week ago I contact support via chat. Representative was the most rude I've ever encountered, with insults to allogations. He terminated my account, stating 'there was a mistake' and I my account should not have been active. Now I'm being treated like a criminal and 2 weeks and nothing has been resolved. They appear to be unable to access the payment details to do the research.
For anyone considreing using Astrill services please keep the following in mind:
Service will be slow. You will find yourself having to constantly change servers.
Many websites (IE CraigsList) ban the Astrill IPs.
Many website force you through hoops... so extra captchas for instance for Google to search.
Support beyond the 'download latest version' and 'clear cache' is hard to get.
Expect the familiar off-shore support models we have grown to love and cherish over the years.
Keep your payment record at your fingertips because you never know when you'll be called upon to prove yourself over and over.
Though the VPN service is slow and clunky, it is the business practices and customer treatment that has me here writing to warn all of you to know what to expect before providing payment. I was 'ok' w/the service, it worked... but havea real problem w/how they treat everyone.

KristineFinish the download on your computer in iTunes and then sync the app to the iPad and then delete it. You will probably have to let it fully download before you can delete it.
You can try restarting the iPad and see if the download will resume - Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Yoy can try this as well and see if the download will resume. Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Look in iTunes and see if there is a pending download in there that might be causing the delay. If there is a download there, try to finish that one first. -
I've upgraded to Yosemite. Iphoto is out of date and won't open. I'm being directed to the app store for a free upgrade but there is nothing there. being told 'upgrade is not available in the US'
iPhoto is no longer available from the Mac App Store. Update to 10.10.3 and use Photos.

while trying to access my local network I get the message..."The page could not be opened because server cannot be found." This, after updating to Yosemite and paying (again) for the server app.
It's absolutley scandalous that a company with Apple's resources can let this happen. They should have staggered the release by region rather than opening the flood gates. The upgrade itself took me about 10 attempts to download it, and then I thought I was home free. That was until it rebooted and won't activate. It's over 2 hours now.

A few days ago i small piece of plastic got stuck and subsequently fell out the charger hole of my ipod classic, although it still connects to itunes and syncs itunes says it has synced but there is nothing on my ipod! I have done this a few times and nothing seems to work! HELP! :/

I just got a new imac, App store says I downloaded garageband update and it says it's installed. But there's nothing new to it. Is there something I'm suppose to do? I restarted the imac, no difference
Weird, that's not the one I was initially downloading but I think that is the one that installed, so I think that solves that. But now the problem is that the one I was updating is no longer being shown. It's over 1gb that had all the loops and instruments.
Now when I try to use say strings lunar strings. It tells me to download at app store. It doesn't show. I go back to garageband try again and says the instrument or loop is currently being installed. But it's not. -
All of the sudden, iPhoto library will not open because it says I must update to latest version for it to open. There is no update for iPhoto in the App Store. As far as my computer shows, I have the latest version. iPhoto version 9.5.1 was installed December 13, 2013. HELP!
Go to your Applications Folder and open it there. Drag a new icon down to the Dock.
The old version is preservered, and the old icon is on the Dock- remove it. -

Got a new sim for my new contract, so need to reactivate my phone. To reactivate I've to put in my Apple ID which I have but it's saying it's not accepting it and is asking for old ID which phone was set up on which I do not have. I can't do anything with my phone as it's locked on the enter iD screen! I have already reset and verified my password but still not accepting it! Help
If the ID is yours but you don't know the password, you'll have to reset it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5787). If the ID belongs to a previous ownder of the phone, you'll have to either get the ID and password from them, or have them erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515.

Whenever I click on the Mac App Store icon in my dock, I get the spinning wheel for a minute and a half. It then loads. While in the App Store application, it takes a minute and a half to switch from "featured" to "top charts" for example. Nothing else on my 24" iMac takes that long to load. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
Drag the App Store app from the Applications folder to the Trash. Drag the App Store icon off the Dock. It should go "poof"..
Download and install the v10.6.7 combo update.

That should re install the Mac App Store for you. It's ok to do this even if you are already running v10.6.7
If the combo did not re install the MAS for you use Pacifist to extract the MAS from the v 10.6.7 .dmg folder. -
I updated Iphoto on 12/13/13. Now when I try to open it, I just get a message that says "The library iphoto library cannot be opened. To open it, you must upgrade to the latest version of Iphoto." But I have no updates for iphoto.

I purchased an upgrade on an app I cannot find it in itunes but my iphone asked me for an upgrade. I have received an invoice for it but have not received the upgrade and it is now 24 hours later. Any ideas?

Anybody had all but the original apps on the 4s disappear?
Today I've had two things happen with my new 32 gig 4s. First, the camera had just a black screen. I turned the phone off, and then on, and it worked again. A couple hours later, all the apps, facebook, etc, disappeared, etc for the original apps that were initially on the phone when I bought it last week. Anybody else have anything like this happen. Is there a fix. I haven't called apple care yet.
I have had something that may be related and this is why I was looking through this site. What I have experienced is that randomly the icons for the original apps disappear. I can still see the text and everything works normally but the icon will disappear. One day it was Settings and yesterday it was contacts. Right now the missing icon is Voice Memos. It is the strangest thing! I sent a screenshot to a friend who has had an iphone for years and she's never seen anything like it. See attached screenshots
