twice to my credit card. When I just need to be charge one.

Yes, you should not be charged twice for a purchase, but as a user and not an Apple employee there is not much I can do except try and point you to the Apple people who can resolve this for you.

The US Apple Store accepts US-issued credit cards only. And they will ship only to a US address. Whether or not a physical Apple Store would accept a Lebanese credit card I don't know.

None , are not part on the options i get on my iphone so i dont get to choose the none option. Am really worried.

For music that you've purchased from Apple that are on your iPhone you should be able to copy to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases. Also if you are in the US then you should be able to re-download past music purchases for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
For your own music that you've copied, then if you haven't got a backup on, for example, external drives or CDs/DVDs then you could see if any of the utilities mentioned in this old post still exist and work

Then your iPod is useless. The previous owner should've unlinked the device from their AppleID before passing/selling on the device to you, and you should've checked the device was properly wiped before buying it.

Ok, previously downloaded hd movies play just fine, but, when you view them in the directory window, their image is white/blank, when it used to show the greeen / or black starting screen.
but the other movie files that i transfer from disk weren't playing. just tried another one. just white screen.
i can bring it into Final Cut Pro, and i can view and use it in there. but it should work in QT pro as well.
don't know. any help appreciated. sorry to rant.

If you mean that you wish to purchase from the US iTunes Store, you cannot. That requires not only a US-based payment method (US credit card or US prepaid iTunes card) but also that you be physically present in the US.

I'm afraid that if the previous owner has locked the phone, only he can unlock it, either by giving you the ID and password or by removing it from his list of devices (which he should have done before selling it on).
As you cannot contact him, you will be unable to use the phone. There is no way round this - taking to Apple won't help. Your only option is to take it back to where you bought it and try to get them to refund your money, as they have sold you a useless device.

From the beginning of update it kept prompting me to verify my account when I wanted to use iCloud ??? Apple kept telling me to check my email to verify my account and there is not an email from them. And I'm not talking about verifying by my alternate email which I was successful at.

It sounds like you restored from an old back-up. Did you back-up just before your software update? It will use your last one and if your last back-up was a ywear old then it will use that one.
In general, if you are getting these messages on your iPhones select logout (when you get that Apple Id request) and then log back in with your newer ID.
