Hi, I am prashanth, I am using I-phone 4 since many years.
I was very comfortable with the phone all these days.
Now, after updating to IOS-7 my phone is giving to much of problem.
My major problem is mentioned below:
1.If I scroll it hangs. eg:with contacts, with I-tunes, with mails scrolling up & down, wit games downloading.
2.If I swith on the wi-fi the battery drains very fast.
3.while receiving call, when I swipe it does not work. (This happens every alternate day) Then I have switch it off then again swith on.
4.After switching on the mobile phone. if I want to make calls, the contacts shows very late.
5. After up dating to IOS-7. If I want to skype, my voice is disabled. If I self test my voice it is disabled again.
6. My speaker sonds very less.
My final words please give back us the old version. where I was very happy with the phone all these years but now I am not the reason is above.
I dont want to update my I-Phone please. Because, I am happy with my old phone.
I guess you people want us to change the phone to make money, So, you are creating a problem in the phone.
But, I am sorry to say that.

You can't do downgrade iOS since Apple has never approved a method to downgrade iOS.
You should not post your email address on a public forum unless you just love to get spam. I requested that the Hosts edit it for your protection.

I want to tell you that I am very disappointed because I just read that in photo stream my photos are stored only for (30) thirty days.I didn't know that and I didn't have the time to save them on a device.
I was robbed of mobile before (3) three days and I lost 2.000 photos!

Dr.Jegamohan.You are syncing contacts or trying to sync contacts how - direct with a supported address book app on your computer via the iTunes sync process, which is selected under the Info tab for the iPhone sync preferences with iTunes?

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact Support to get the questions reset.
I assume that you are in the country Georgia, not the US state. In which case try contacting Support via this page and explain that you've forgotten your answers, don't have access to your rescue email account, and your country isn't on the HT5699 page (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699) and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use -

However the update process is very flaky and unreliable.
Very poor service, with useless update prompts.

Please fix the update, before advertising useless prompts for updates, for paid versions.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The model number indicates that it was bought in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, in which case you won't have FaceTime due to restrictions by those countries regimes. -

<Edited by Host>'Locked' can have two meanings. It can mean locked to a specific carrier (service provider); if you want to unlock it to use it with another carrier only the original carrier can unlock it.
More likely you are talking about the other meaning, where a phone is 'Activation Locked'. Is this a second-hand (used) phone? If it is, and the previous owner has set up Activation Lock, this will prevent you doing anything with the phone at all.
If this is the case, only the previous owner can unlock it, either by giving you his Apple ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices - details here:

If you can't contact the previous owner to get him to do this you will be unable to use the phone. Only he can unlock it: Apple cannot do it for you.

To login I have use the exact same FTP details I have used to upload my website, I even checked the page url multiple times but I keep getting the same error (the username and password are invalid for your FTP server. Please check them and try again). The hosting website (Yourhosting.nl) only has this one FTP user, which I cannot expand to more users. Can you please tell me if I am doing something wrong? for instance there is a web site so called fizy. I think it may be a reason for this.
You say that 'sometimes' it gets locked ... it is quite probable that due to some reason/recent activity that you perform on your machine the memory consumptions increases a lot because of which the windows freeze.
When it happens next time, try to open 'Task Manager' and check for 'memory consumption' also as to which process is eating max memory (then you can delete that particular process only and see whether it solves the issue)
