I have many charges on my credit card from the itunes store that I did not make. What do I do?
You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and nobody else has access to your account ? If you don't recognise the charges then contact iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

My young child bought over $600.00 worth of apps., is ther anyway to get the money back?
Wow! You learned what could have been a *VERY* expensive lesson at a relatively low price.
Another poster had set an American Express account (unlimited credit, in many cases) as payment method for iTunes, and had given his iPhone to his grandson. The grandson bought a $300 zoo-something game. The other poster may or may not have learned from that episode.
The lesson is that children do NOT feel financial responsibility when happily clicking to get pretty pictures and fun games and "cool" songs. That grandfather could have been $80,000 in the hole potentially if the grandson went hog-wild.
The solution is two-fold, in my humble opinion:
Buy a prepaid mastercard with a $100 limit. Make that the payment method. That limits loss to $100.
Supervise your cildren when they use accounts you will have to pay for. -

Tell your "friend" to pay you back. All sales from the app store and iTunes store are final.

pretty much what the question said..i just wanted to know why, do i have to verify this account (if so...how?) and will iGet (see what i did there hehe) my money back?
If you switch you will have to backdate it to keep the overages from happening. Also you'll pay the difference in advance. So if the difference is $20. You pay $40 more next month compare to this month, but the following month will be $20 more like it should(bill in advance). When you downgrade plans you'll get credited the difference like it should as it works both ways.

Will i get my money back from canceled purchases?
So i tried to purchase a $19.99 in-app gem credit in clash of clans. It provided the buy button and i clicked it saying that my billing zip code was invalid. So i CANCELED and decided to try again, still failing. When i went to my wells fargo online banking under pending transactions it said i had been deducted 19.45 from checking and overdraft protection removed money from my savings to pay another $19.45. It is still under "pending" but it still deducted money from my account and now i will probably have a fee to pay because of the overdraft protection. Will apple reimburse me the fee i would have to pay for their mistake???? This is absurd in the sense that when i hit CANCEL it still processes this request! Any help is appreciated.

I have just instaled the new update for my i pod, the screen on my i pod has usb symbol & i tunes symbol nothing else. The computer is tell me that i tunes does not reconise my i pod, that my i pod is on windows only, can't find it there either.
Here is what worked for me:
My usb hub, being usb2, was too fast. I moved the wire to a usb port directory on my pc. That is a usb1 port which is slow enough to run your snyc. -
CDDB in itunes is not bringing up the name of songs on CDs when importing into itunes. This has been going on for a couple of weeks. Any help?
I have, a couple different pairs, unfortunately, and still no change. TBH, the headphones don't bug me nearly as bad as the fact that I can't plug my iPod into a radio or speaker with an audio cable and hear my latest purchases. Drives me crazy that I can't listen to my tunes!

I have purchased an item from within the app PocketBible on my iPad. However when I try to download it I am asked for my app User Name and Password and then my Apple ID and password. I give both of these. I then get a message which says Regrant failure - Please log in with the same user that has bought the app. That is then followed by Pocket Bible Alert - cannot connect to iTunes Store.
Anybody got any ideas, both what the 1st alert means and how I get round the problem please.I had the same problem. My wife had the PocketBible on her Ipad 2 and she transferred ownership to me. I had to delete the app and reinstall it from the App store(logged in with my apple ID) and its working without a problem. I do not get those error messages when I attempt to Buy/Upgrade or Add/Remove books.

I just bought a song and my ipod shuffle will not play it.. how do i get my money back from the song??, I just bought a song and my ipod shuffle will not play it.. how do i get my money back from the song??
Assuming you bought the song at the iTunes Store, you can go here
http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
and follow one of the "paths" to get what you need or to an Apple customer support employee. One path is to click Contact Support at the bottom of the list of choices, and use the Express Lane.
The iTunes app also has a way to report a problem with a purchase. Select iTunes Store in the sidebar (of the iTunes window). Toward the upper right corner, click on your Apple ID. This gets you to your Account Information screen. Find Purchase History and click See All. On that screen, you can select a specific purchase with that problem, and Report a Problem.
If you want to try to figure out WHY that song does not play on your iPod shuffle, please post back... -
