Trying to download Reader 11.04 and cannot with Error 1303

Can you all give us the EXACT steps when we are having trouble downloading. You only have an answer for year 2011. I have used your apps for getting remnants off computer but to no avail. A very old post mentions to go to File Manager but it does not give us untechies enough to go on to fix where we are supposed to go. I have never had any problems in the past to download anything from your company until now. Have tried different things 4 separate times but cannot fix. Help please! I have Windows 7 64 bit. My computer is 3 years old and its a laptop. Thanks!

Given that you are very low in memory on your iPhone, it would be much easier to connect your phone to your computer and download iOS 8.1 via iTunes. Memory won't be an issue this way.

Hi Chris, I know where to check for updates but after I agree to terms conditions etc it asks to restart the computer before it can start downloading. I do that and it keeps repeating the process?
