What happens when you try to access it, and you how are you trying to access it ? If you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

HT1918 I am unable to sign in to my apple account from my ipad & iphone
When I try to sign in to my Apple account from either my iPad or my iPhone, I enter my password and it just blanks it out.
I can sign in to my account from my MacBook Pro, though.
When I try to add a device to my list of authorized devices to download music or software, I can't.
My devices used to be authorized, and now they aren't.
I never changed them, so how did they get deauthorized?

If your account is disabled then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -
Unable to access my iCloud account from any device?
I am unable to log into my iCloud account through the web and apps on iOS and OS X that's connected to iCloud... Now I'm being disconnected from already logged in apps and is making reenter my password, but even when I do, it gives me an error. On the website all it says is 'iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to server'. But when I tried using my old iCloud account, it was easily accessible... Can somebody help me out? This is very inconvenient...

How can I access my Itunes account from my ipad if it was set up on an old PC I no longer have?
Several years ago I signed up for an itunes account with my Dell laptop. That laptop no longer works and I have an ipad now that I use for most things. I want to access my old account I set up originally with my PC on my ipad but am not sure how to do it? I can not use the PC to "turn on" the ipad with this account. Is there a way to do this or do I have to set up another account? How do I access the apps etc. that are already on my original account?
ThanksYou should be able to log into the account via Settings > Store (if an account is currently logged in then you can tap on it to log out of it), and the content that you bought/downloaded with it which is still in the store, and which is possible to re-download (music, films and tv shows can't be re-downloaded in all countries) should show in the Purchased tabs in the App Store and iTunes store apps. Re-downloading an account's past purchases may tie the iPad to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
All content from iTunes is tied to the account that originally downloaded it, so creating a new account won't allow you to access a previous account's downloads. -
The computer/pc which stored all the songs I had bought from the ITUNE store some, crashed a few years back.
Since then, I only accessed my ITUNES account sporadically and, and however hard I tried, I have not managed to find the way which will help me retrieve my song list. How do I get my songs to show again on my ITUNES account?The iTunes account is nothing more than the users login details, payment information, and purchase history.
Media is only where the user put it.
Copy the media from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.
There is absolutely no logical reason why anyone would expect that media would magically appear on a new computer simply because they signed in with their Apple ID. -

Please Help!I was not aware of the fact that you could not sign into your own iCloud,con account from another computer. Actually, as far as I know, you can. When you go to iCloud.com, you simply sign into your own account.
I can access my iCloud.com account on a Mac running Tiger and here is a screenshot that shows it. I access my Pages files from work on the Mac. I used it yesterday in fact - and I am using an ancient version of Safari as well. -
I am having problems with my First Generation Apple TV. My software is up-to-date. 3.0.2.
I download a movie and while watching in pauses and freezes for as long as a minute sometimes. I have already checked with my ISP regarding network issues. There are none. I can view trailers with no freeze or pause issues. Just the actual movie when I download. Is there something I am missing here?You must have a slower connection if it took 2.5 hours, did you pause it or exit out to the main screen? I've paused movies many times and it resumes..it could be due to the connection as well so what is your actual speed? Check www.speedtest.net Wifi or ethernet? Have you changed the DNS settings?

They show as 'open' in the App Store app on your iPad, and you've checked all your iPad's homescreens for them, and have you got an app age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions on your iPad that is hiding them ?
If not then have you tried a soft-reset to see if they show after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I have just had my Toshiba laptop hard drive replaced. This has resulted in all previous content held on the laptop to be lost. I wanted to try and transfer my music library from my ipad to the laptop, but it will not allow me to do so. The message is that the ipad is linked to another computer and it will only allow the transfer of the items purchased on through the ipad and nothing else. Does anyone know if the full library can be transferred back to the computer?
You need to transfer the iTunes Library from the most recent backup you made before the hard drive was replaced.
You can't transfer the full iTunes Library from the iPad back to iTunes.
There are third-party Windows applications that will transfer data from an iOS device, but they don't re-create the iTunes Library exactly as it was before. -
the Insert bar in hotmail reply is greyed out and the icons such "Attachments" are not clickable. I am using Firefox 3.6.13 and have Silverlight 4.0.51204.0 enabled. What can be the problem? First I would try quitting out of the mail application by double tapping the home button and holding down on the app until it starts shaking, then hit the red minus that shows up in the top left corner. After try turning your phone off completely and turning it back on.

All of a sudden I am unable to access my college email from any of my apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Macbook Pro). I am able to get access from my husband's HP windows laptop and from a Mac at the college. Any ideas?
