hello,
i cannot find agree on terms and conditions on itunes i have read this twice am i missing this please help.
Is this on your computer's iTunes, on an iPad / iPhone / iPod Touch, or in an email ? If you are on an iOS device and are in the Downloads tab in the iTunes or App Store apps on it then the Ts &Cs link shows when you don't have anything downloading - your music should have downloaded into the Music app, and films and TV shows into the Videos app.

go to Radio on Music app not itunes store and you can agree it there - will appear red in top right hand corner worked for me!! -

Help! When I try to purchase a song from iTunes and have agreed to the terms and conditions, it then tells me that my session has timed out... but I've only been trying for a few minutes. I can't buy songs if it keeps doing this! Does anyone know why it's doing this and how to fix it? Thanks!
Hi mterry1723, one solution that might be worth trying is this:
- Close iTunes, if it's open
- Open Safari and got to 'Preferences'
- Select 'Security' on the top
- Untick all the security options in the menu
- Click the 'Show Cookies' button and look for all the 'apple' entries in the left-hand column.
- Highlight them (select them collectively) and press 'Remove'
- Now open iTunes and buy the song as usual.
- You may be asked to do the same security process as before, so do as asked.
- Hopefully, the security check will now have accepted your answers and start downloading the song as normal.
Remember to re-tick all the required security options you had just un-ticked in Safari preferences. You don't need to bother about opening the cookies again.
I hope this has worked for you and my profoundest apologies if it has not. Worth a go, though!

I am trying to create an itunes account on an ipad mini IOS 8.1. There doesn't seem to be a link to click 'I agree' to the terms and conditions on the email sent to me. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

There's no agree button on the new iTunes terms and conditions, so I can't buy any apps for my iPhone5, with iOS7. Any suggestions? Three E-mail exchanges with Apple didn't help,can you?

A message advising a new Itunes terms and conditions is pop up even after my agree and acceptance... Is there a problem in Itunes? same problem with deferent devices
Just Can't download, buy or even update apps...I use only one Apple ID and only one ID. I did have to change the password at one point but I had no issues at all with updating apps after I changed the password.
If you can download new apps with the ID that you changed the password for, I would think that you will be able to update apps associated with that ID as well.
Did you try restarting the iPad after signing out of the one account and then sign in to the other account/accounts? -
I can not find the accept box for itunes terms and conditions.
It asks me to accept the iTunes terms and conditions. I am expecting to see an accept indicator to activate or check. But nothing. Pls help

What are you trying to download - not that it really matters. Can you quit or clear put of what you are doing? Is there a cancel option?

I am trying to download some new apps on my phone but after the software upgrade to IOS 7 it keeps saying you need to read and except the new itunes terms and conditions, and i cant find them,
Can you please helpsame problem. i was able to scroll through all 54 pages of the terms and was hoping some idiot in Legal was forcing us to do this but on page 54, still not Agree button. Only choice is to cancel out. I wonder how much money the App store is losing every minute...

i try to purchase an app from the store it tells me to agree to the terms and conditions i get to the end at page 56 an there is no agree to submit so then i can not purchase anything
Debit cards don't really work with the iTS, though they slip through time to time. You need to use a real credit card or GCs.

Will not accept [Itunes terms and conditions have changed]
After logging into Itunes, I try to click on the Update all app updates. It tries but a box saying itunes terms and conditions have changed comes up. After OK ,the 52 page terms and conditions comes up and I clilck on agreeand again on the I have read the and agree to the conditions agree box.Right after that I get A Session timeout box (your session has timed out please try this operatin againfrom the beginning. DONE. I have done this repeatedly with to no avail. Any suggestions?
hey guys.... i have now found the solution to this problem. In fact, I accidentally noticed that my date and time in the ipod touch was incorrect. I corrected it and 'lo & behold' , my problem is solved. It accepted , my agreeing to the new terms and condition and i can download all the Apps or update them as i wanted. hope it helps u too...

Try downloading the Find My Friends app, then sign in with your iCloud ID on it and accept the terms and conditions there.

When I try to setup my new iPad air, I go through all the steps for the iCloud sign-in and choosing security questions and what not. But after I hit the agree to the terms and conditions... It says Apple ID could not be created because of a server error. Have no clue what to do... I've restarted the iPad and get the same message. But my internet works just fine.
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings -
i´ve just got the now ios version 7.0 installed and now
i can´t agree on the terms and conditions to access icloud on my iphone cus it keeps saying that i have no server (wich i have) now that i´ve ios 7.0.
What do i have to do?
The thing is that i´ve agreeded when i was first asked, and then i´ve asked to be emailed those terms and now i can´t accedd the Icloud.
The problem is that it has my previous callendars and photos and i need to get them back.
