HT1933 I cannot make an in-app purchase it says to contact support. What is the problem?
I am trying to make an in-app purchase in Clash of Clans and it will tells me to contact supprt what is the problem?

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them. -
When trying to make an In-App purchase it says Purchase cannot be completed. Why? It has always worked.

You need to contact iTS, which can remove blocks on your account.

Every time I tried to do in app purchase, it showed please contact itune to complete the transaction, I have already saved my credit card info and it worked before, I do not know why it no longer work, I do not have any restriction
Gee... maybe you should try contacting iTunes support like the message told you to do.

When I try to make an in-app purchase, it says it cannot complete the transaction.
So, I downloaded the app Roblox mobile and tried to make an in-app purchase with it, and it worked the first three times, but when I tried a forth time, it said "Please contact Itunes Support to complete this transaction" I then tried purchasing an app, and I was able, same with songs. But not with the in-app purchase. I do not use credit card, but I just got a few Itunes gift cards and I'm using those. I have redownloaded the app and tried over and over, and even waited a day, but it still doesn't work... its an Ipod 4th Gen and I just got it a few days ago, and there's only about ten apps on it. I also got the apple account at the same time. I sent Itunes support a message, but I'm posting this while waiting for their response.

HT4009 Cannot make an in app purchase
I am unable to make an in app purchase for an called "Game of War." I've even tried using several different Apple ID's but it still hasn't worked. It gives me the message "unable to make pirchase go too www.appole.com/support/iTunes/ww/. for more assistance. Anyone encounter this before? If so how do I solve it
We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why you are getting the message to contact Support - if you haven't done so then you will need to do as the message tells you :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
