I have old email address's I used for iTune music purchases and cannot change password on several old accounts. Now some of the music I purchased I can not download and authorize it on my device. What can I do password security does not match my birthdate on two of the accounts. Apple can not send me email with a password authorization on several current accounts that I have with them. How can I contact Apple with this annoying problem I can not fix.

Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
1.     Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
2.     Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
3.     Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
That should take care of your issue!

But when I use my other iPad, I am asked to login using my old email address and password. When I try to reset my id for the 2nd iPad, using the Apple ID page, it shows my new email. You can't transfer tracks from one account to another. My kids have libraries authorized to my account and strict instructions not make purchases on my account unless I say so. A library can be authorized for multiple accounts, each account can be authorized to a maximum of five computers and each device can hold content from a maximum of five accounts.
