My iPod was plugged into wall charger when an electrical burst came out the top of iPod! Has this happened to anyone else? Have scorch mark on top of iPod where the electrical current exited iPod!
I have heard of that before, Seems like the wall charger was defective. If wit wan an Apple charger I would mak an appointmernt at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

i plugged my iphone into my computer for the first time to charge it and was in a hurry and walked away, when i returned the add apple i tunes account information screen was up.....
my problem is, all my pictures got deleted from my phone, all my contacts got deleted also......weird thing is it put pictures on my phone from another phone and also txt msg from another phone...... has this ever happened to anyone else? if so,....do you know how, or where the pictures got moved to? and if they were deleted, is there a way to pull deleted pictures form a phones memory?? thank you any body that can give me any assistance....i really need it...It can't do that by itself. You had to click through several prompts telling it to restore it from a backup of an old phone for that to happen.
If the phone was not backed up to iCloud before this happened, or to another computer, then the data is gone. There is no way to recover it. -

Have you bothered to do any research at all? Not every app was upgrade to 5.5. Those that weren’t will next be upgraded to CS6.

I made an In-app purchase of WORDsearch Bible, Thompson Chain Reference Library on March 18, 2013. I tried to download the purchased item on my iPad2 but was unsuccessful even though my account with iTunes stores was debited almost immediately I completed the purchase. Did you buy anything (free or otherwise) just before your son got hold of the iPad?
I've always found that if you've entered your password to purchase or update in the last 5-10 mins that you don't get asked for it again - I think this should be optional for app store purchases but definitely for in-app purchases if they allow kids to rack up extortionate costs.
I hope Apple can do the right thing for you.
£69.99 is a ridiculous in-app purchase cost. Do you know what the app was?

I then contacted apple and they said they would return my 25$ purchase. I still haven't gotten it. I am starting to feel like I just lost 25 dollars and both companies are sweeping it under the bus. The problem is with an item in the 'Latest Purchases' section. When I click on 'Report a Problem' it takes me to the support page. I have gone to the link you provided many times... so far it always says to check again in a few minutes and never works.
I would really like to hear back from Apple directly and get some assistance with this issue. -

To petition for refunds, you need to go to expresslane.apple.com > itunes > itunes store > billing and accounts
I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells -
