By 'not happy' you mean ... ? Whether you might be able to get a refund or credit from iTunes Support depends upon the reason e.g. does the app not work as described, does it abend (have you tried deleting and redownloading it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on your iPad and contacted the developer ?) ... ?
If it's not working as described or abends and the developer hasn't replied to you then follow the instructions on the page that you posted from for contacting iTunes Support or use http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Yesterday I noticed while browsing Internet that some sites would not open and that some games I regularly play would not open. I also found that I could not open either the apps store or iTunes. Everything seemed to be working the day before and I have not recently upgraded ios (been on version 6.1.3 for a while) or changed any settings on my iPad (2). With Internet research today I found suggestion that if I switched to 3G I would be able to access these apps and,sure enough, under 3G connection everything works fine. Some other forums suggest changing wifi router settings to fix the issue ....I have not tried this as I wouldn't like to mess with my router and end up effecting other peripherals/pc's connected to it that are working fine....especially when I am not terribly IT savvy when it comes to hardware settings. But as I haven't changed anything on my ipad why would my wifi suddenly stop connecting to some apps on my iPad, but not all??? Interestingly I can access many Internet sites (forums) with wifi connection but not the apple forum! To get to anything apple related I have to switch back to 3G ....that includes checking the iOS version I am on via settings!
I also mention that I have done all the other suggested fixes found on various forums, such as rebooting iPad, renewing wifi lease, clearing cookies, closing all apps etc etc, to no avail. Seems the only suggested fix I have not tried is mucking around with my router which I am very hesitant to do given the **** I went through with my telco when my home Internet connection suddenly stopped working last year. Took me weeks of phone calls to get my internet connection back and being forced by the telco to a more expensive plan, hence very reluctant to start mucking around with that side of things, but why should I need to when it does seem to be working ok with other devices in the home?
I have started this as new discussion as, even though I am not terribly IT savvy, I cant see how this could be related to the wifi issues that many on the newer devices (iPhone 5 and iPad mini etc) are reporting as I haven't recently upgraded anything on my ipad and all was working perfectly up until yesterday.
Any other suggestions on how to get wifi working correctly again on iPad or do I really have to risk the working of every other device in my home and chase it from modem/router side?Hi there,

Apple TV not syncing with iTunes for purchased movies
Hi, I purchased two movies on iTunes and neither one is syncing with my Apple TV. All music is syncing perfectly fine.
The Apple TV is set to Custom Sync. On the movies tab of the Apple TV device in iTunes I have selected sync all movies since the two I am trying to sync are the only two I have purchased. When I click sync it takes about 15 seconds and then finishes with no additional files transferred. I have also tried changing the setting from sync all movies to sync selected with the two movies selected beneath. Neither works for me. Any ideas on why?
I am using iTunes 8.2in iTunes in the left hand panel under "Library" click on "Movies".. in the right hand list... find the movies that you bought. on far right of each row/item in the list is a checkbox... this checkbox must be checked or the movie will not sync... is that checkbox checked?

Not Happy with iTunes 10.0.1.22; Won't Sync with My IPad
I have my IPad for quite some time, back to 29 April when they came out. No problem syncing a ton of photos, some music and apps on a 32GB version with 3G until yesterday when I was instructed to update Itunes and Quicktime to ver. 10.0.1.22!
Now I can't get my IPad to be recognized as a device.
My system: Window 7 64-bit OS using 64-bit iTunes
I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes 4 times now, using Apple's own instructions. I know my IPad is talking to my Windows 7 laptop because it shows up under my Device Manager and it asks me what I want to do each time I plug it in. I also have plugged it into three different usb ports. I have also verified that the Apple USB Driver (64-bit) is installed in my Device Manager.
I have noticed that this version takes a long time to startup and it seems to be frozen for a while once it does open up. I can eventually click on menu items and use it after it unfreezes. I've never had this problem before this update.
I have ran iTunes and tried to sync with both my Windows firewall and my Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus software turned off. It changes nothing.
I sure would like some help with this problem. Again, I have been synching my IPad with this same laptop for several months and just now it has decided to stop after installing this new version of iTunes.
Anyone else having this problem?PROBLEM SOLVED!
I went to my device manager on my Windows 7 PC and found the Bonjour service in my Services and Applications section. I set it to manual and BANG iTunes started working like it's supposed to.
Unfortunately, I let my IPad get stolen on 17 Jan so I'll probably wait until after April to replace it with an IPAD 2! -

I did not authorize 2 in app purchases and because my credit card is at its limit, and i dont know how to reverse the in app purchases, i cannot update any app or do just about anything in the appstore or itunes store. Are you signed into iTunes on the computer with the same Apple ID the apps in question were "purchased" with? Is the computer authorized for that account?

After upgrading my iphone 4 to io6 i started loosing the historical sms messages from some senders including new ones received as soon as I open the message app. I am not happy with io6. please advise how i could downgrade to io5.1.1.
I have read a number of other threads regarding the loss of Messages, however, I am not aware of the reason it is happening. Check on the right side of this message under more like this and see if you can find an answer.
As to your question about downgrading software, there is no Apple supported method for downgrading software. -

My daughter accidentally purchased something from an in app purchase, I haven't got the £2.99 in my account until tuesday, and do not want the in app purchase, my account wont log in now even to download free apps. How do I get my account to log in again and function properly, I shouldn't have to wait until I have a meagre £2.99 in my account again do I because I need the app store for other apps etc and updating, even if it is only 3 days I want my account back, I do not want nor did I give permission for the in-app purchase and would be happy for it to be returned/credited back so I can have MY account available for my IPhone.
Please can someone give me more information or let me know how else I can get my account working again, before pay day on tuesday.

Charin, the charges in question are for in-app purchases. An in-app purchase is a purchase that can be made within an Application on an iPhone or an iPod Touch.
In-App purchases are items you can buy that will assist you in advancing in the game you're playing. Some examples of In App Purchases are: bonus game levels or maps, additional experience points, subscriptions, and recurring services.
The Application "Diamond Dash" was free, and this is the Application that was used to purchase the in-app items. The in-app purchases were for "1000 Gold" to be used when playing "Diamond Dash."
Please note that there is a 15 minute window after initially entering in your password, where the password is not requested again. Once this time has passed, you will be requested for your password, and also to confirm the purchase by tapping the Buy button.
To prevent any further in-app purchases from being made unintentionally, please set the in-app restriction on your device(s) as soon as possible. You can set the in-app restriction on an iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad by following these steps;
1) Click on the "Settings" Application
2) Now from the list of options click on "General"
3) Scroll down and click on "Restrictions"
4) Under the heading "Allowed Content" be sure that "In-App Purchases" is "OFF."
After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund for your unintentional purchase of "1000 Gold" is an appropriate exception to the App Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final. In five to seven business days, a credit of $99.99 should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. If you would like to make sure that this warning is on, you can reset the warnings in the iTunes Store by following the instructions in this article:
