HT1937 hello ı have an ı phone 4. 32 gb which ıs my brother brıng from germany from t- mobile but not ı cannot use ıt  couse ıt says  the phone must be unlocked ... what ıs thıs ??? and what  you suggets to me shall ı broke ıt down????

phone companys sell phones where they pay some of the price of the phone for you but then
lock the phone to their network
then after 1/2 to 2 years depending on the country you can get it unlocked so you can use it for every gsm network
the only ones who can sim unlock a phone are the ones who sim locked it in the first place in this case tmobile
