HT1937 how can i unlock sprint iphone 5?

i bought clean ESN sprint iphone 5 by e-bay
and buy the unlock ticket from e-bay sellers.
but they can't unlock. ( more 5 times)

UI'm that's not true I have a 5s that I payed off because I want to leave sprint and they told me that even if I buy the phone off it still belongs to them and that if they said it won't be unlocked I'm out of luck and that is a load of bull dung I hate sprint how are they not going to unlock a phone that I already payed off and is not on contract and I was a customer for 6-8 months and the minimum requirement is 90days not to mention I've seen their forums they do the same thing to prole that have been with them for 10yrs plus. And I think what they are doing should be illegal keeping off contract iPhones hostage meaning they become glirifiednipods rather than being used for what they are meant for. They pin the blame on apple saying that apple designed it to be unlock able it's a bunch of dung. How come alevery other iPhone from other carriers can be unlocked. No wonder they are bleeding customers like crazy. I bought a 32 gb iPhone 5s and now it's useless because sprint doesn't want to unlock it so I can use it on another carrier I wish apple would let me trade this piece of dung in for an unlocked one. So I can forget sprint and never hear or see of them again.
