I am now using virgin sim and i have spoke with the customer service team and technical support,they say i have to log in to Apple support team and download software to use on my i phone 4,i am stuck do not know where to start.
My i phone settings are fine its been checked and the 3G is on mobile data is on,but lets see what happens here....

Did you buy it from Apple? If not, then it is not factory unlocked.

If you have connected to the Windows shared printer using SMB (Add Printer > Windows) then the prompt will be for a user name/password set in Windows. This same prompt should have appeared when creating the printer queue on the Mac.
Some things that could help get you printing.
1. The Windows computer enables the Guest account so that the Mac can use that (although you will have to select the Guest account each time you print
2. The Windows computer sets you Mac user name and password so that you don't get prompted (but not the preferred option as you have just given out your personal details.
3. Enable LPD Print Services on Windows and then you can create a print queue on the Mac using LPD instead of SMB.
I would recommend action 3 as your best solution.
Note that all three require the administrator of the Windows computer to setup this actions and if that person is not helpful or outsourced then you will have a challenge.

First, you do not have a 3G if you could upgrade it to 6.1.3, because 4.2.1 is the last version that will work on the 3G. So you either have a 3GS or you somehow hacked the phone to install an incompatible version. Assuming you have a 3GS the most likely reason for your problem is you have a gray market phone that was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it. When you upgraded it you removed the hack, so the phone is now locked to its original carrier.

If you are saying that the iPod asks for the password for the network and you do not know it, what may work is to turn on iCloud keychain for the iPod and iPad., Thet may sync the password from the iPad to the iPod

These apps are probably meant for the iPhone/iPod touch. Some apps are universal, and other have dedicated iPad versions.

I think you meant 10.6.8, not 10.8.6
It requires an upgrade, instead of a free update.

Is the message saying:
Not enough storage
Not enough/low memory?
For the former delete some items from the iPod.
For the latter.double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory.

Because that would mean that I would have to delete my apps after everytime I just them from that bar and that would be very annoying and just stupid. Or maybe apps do use data and it's just a big scheme to make everyone go over on their data plans.
