Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.

Did this back along to mine. Plug it into itunes on your pc (or Mac) and click on the ipod icon on the left hand side. When the device options come up on the main screen, click on restore. Follow the steps and it should restore to factory settings. If you had icloud activated on the ipod all previous purchases should be in the cloud and ready to download onto the ipod afte rit has been restored to factory settings, otherwise you'll have to download them all again. You have to put the iPod touch into the recovery mode.

just so you all don't think i can't read i tried restoring my phone but it is telling me that it can't restore the phone because it is locked. i'm not entirely sure how i entered a password in twice incorrectly, but go figure. does anyone have anyother ideas other than restoring it?

Thsi not a lot of nfo to go on, nor have you included the OSX, model of you MBP. PLease post that so that anyone reading this might be able to offer some help, as well as some more info on "I've damaged my aux port.
That being said, all I can suggest is to go to system preferences>sound>output tab and see if you can select internal speakers.
With the info available all I would otherwise suggest is a pram reset:
Power off the MBP, Power back up holding option, command, P R (no commas) hold these immediatly afterpower up, contine to hold them till you hear the start chime 2 times then release. See if your speakers work.
Post the afore mentioned info and someone here might be able to offer some more help. If in fact you have physically damaged the port that might require repair from Apple r an authorized Apple service provider. (AASP)

I know It is just a key that allow you to set icloud account which makes your iphone safer .. threatens thieve and they cannot reuse it without correct icloud password that you entered. moreover your stolen iphone cannot be jailbreaking.. Once it's in recovery mode, everything on the phone is already gone. If you've been backing it up and syncing on a regular basis, it should restore just fine.

What were you running before you updated? 10.10.2, or an earlier version of OS X (10.9 or earlier)?
If 10.10.2, then iPhoto should still be on your machine. If not, then go to the App Store, purchased tab, and look for iPhoto, and download it (you'll need iPhoto 9.6.1 to run on Yosemite).
If you never installed iPhoto from the Mac App Store, then you should contact AppleCare, who can probably help you out. That's the only option in this case; upgrading from 10.9 or earlier straight to 10.10.3 is a bad incidence of timing.
