How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'. This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
If that doesn't work, or there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
(If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
A new page will open.
Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
Click the blue 'Continue' button.
Select the contact option that suits your needs best.

I forgot all of the answers to my security questions and when I set up my apple id I did not add a rescue email, I recently got a new iphone and I cannot purchase anything on it because it asks me to answer my security questions which i can't reset because I do not have a rescue email. what do I do?
this does not help. I have forgotten ALL of the answers to my security questions. I can NOT reset the answers to my security questions without answering two of the three security questions. The other way to reset the answers to these questions is for apple to send me an email on my rescue email addres which I DO NOT HAVE.

Please someone help
I forgot my answers to my questions. I am trying to buy an app and it says i need to answer my security questions but i forgot my answers. Can i change them or somehow find out what my answers were? You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.
If you don't see this link, contact iTunes store support for help: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. -
I have given my iPad and iPhone to my wife, she has synchronized with her Apple ID but it keeps going back to my Apple ID when she tries to purchase something in iTunes. Do I need to deregister the device and register it in her Apple ID?
What id shows at the bottom of the Featured tabs in the App Store apps on the two devices ? If they still show your account id then try tapping on the id and log out of it and your wife can then try logging in with her account.
Any content that is already on them that was downloaded by your account will remain tied to your account, so only your account will be able to download updates to your apps. -
I have been using iTunes for almost two years. I went to purchase an album and the store would not allow me to purchase until I had answered security questions. I had never given answered to any questions previously. So i didn't know the correct answer. What do I need to do?
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312 . Or, if it's available in your country, you could change to 2-step verification : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5570 -
I bought a new iPad and I am trying to buy the first app and the store wants an extra security check with the two questions. I have answered the questions and I think my answers are right. But the store reckons it is incorrect. What do I do? I ticked the box with ' forgotten answers' Here I am trying to get buy an app from the store and I can't, It is like Fort Knox. Absolutely disgusted and frustrated. Help!
If you still have problem, call Apple to help reset your Security Question.

how can i reset my security questions? ive been trying to purchase music and it keeps sending me to answer the secutiy questions
From a Kappy post
The Three Best Alternatives for Security Questions and Rescue Mail
1. Use Apple's Express Lane.
Go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services' at the
bottom of the page. In the next page click 'More Products and Services, then
'Apple ID'. In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Forgotten Apple
ID security questions' and click 'Continue'. Please be patient waiting for the return
phone call. It will come in time depending on how heavily the servers are being hit.
2. Call Apple Support in your country: Customer Service: Contact Apple support.
3. Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions.
A substitute for using the security questions is to use 2-step verification:

Can someone help to get unblocked my apple id?
You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6+) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it
For your security questions, if you can't remember them and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then try the steps half-way down this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
Contacting Apple about account security : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps on the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use. -
I cannot buy any music due to the security questions. I do not have the answers to the questions and I got locked out for trying to answer them. How do I disable the security questions?
Usually you will need to contact iTunes store support but this workaround may help:
-On the device/computer that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
- Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select "done", in the upper right corner
- Sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you should be asked to verify your security code for the credit/debit card and NOT the security questions.
- At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security questions. -

I have had i phones for the last six years and i just bought the iphone 5. I tried to download a paid application and for the first time i am asked to answer my security questions which i don't remember. In order to reset my question i need my rescue emai, which does not exist.can anybody help????
That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.
You will need to contact iTunes Store Support here: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html -
My Apple ID asks for answers to security questions which I never input. I have searched how to reset my security questions and have found that the option below where your answers are to be input to reset questions does not exist on my iPhone 5c
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I am trying to buy a song on iTunes but it won't let me because I need to answer my security questions? But I don't remember the answers how can I change the questions?
Click here and search the article for '2 out of 3' without the quotes; this generally involves either a message being sent to your rescue email address or contacting the iTunes Store staff directly.
