You contact AT&T and find out if you qualify to have it unlocked. No one else can unlock it.

Can a Sprint Iphone 5 work with T-mobile network? How can one unlock with the MSL code? Sprint is not abiding by the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act. FCC will only enforce if we file more complains.
T-Mobile is a GSM network whereas Sprint is a CDMA network. They are incompatible. Sprint is not obliged to unlock a phone that is still under contract. Their phones may not be capable of being unlocked.

I think you're out of luck. Telus, AFAIK, does not offer unlocking for the iPhone, but contact them to verify such. If they tell you no, you might as well return it and get your money back, if within the 30 day return window.

My phone was run over. It still works enough to see some of the screen but not the number pad. I cannot unlock the phone because I activated find my iphone. I have an old mpg video file, taken with a very early model "smart phone", that opens and plays fine in my newly "rebuilt" iPhoto library. I cannot open, edit it or share it with any other software. How can I fix it, to be able to do anything with it?

I've recently purchaced a 4TB Thunderbolt drive to store my "vast" music and photo libraries. iPhoto had an issue reading the moved library, so I bought and used iPhoto Library Manager to "rebuild" it. Apart from much of the original data such as date taken & camera used etc, it appears to be working well. The aforementioned mpg video was taken some 9 years ago, using an early model "iMate" smart phone, and opens and plays fine on iPhoto, but I cannot open it with anything else, (I've tried iMovie, VLC players, Wondershare and Handbrake) nor can I share it. I just want to edit it, and share it with family.
Any help would be appreciated...No - not iMovie, VLC, Wondershare or Handbrake... Quick time starts with a "CONVERTING", then I get
I've looked at the "tell me more" links, tried downloading some of the movie players there. I'm begining to think the file is corrupt.

Since updating my Iphone to ios 8, my hands free in the car (Radiosat) is not working correctly. The phone pairs ok with car, and my phone is recognised but then it cuts off the radio and says that I'm in a call, I can't cancel the call or do anything. I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.
