I brought my Iphone on the At and T site 3 months ago and it's not working how can I have it repaired?

I think that you should just contact the place you bought it from and have them take a look at it, and if you have the warrenty on your iPod you can get a new replacement too.

Hi Tom. I just went through the same issue with my T42p. After uninstalling/downloading/reinstalling the Access IBM software it still didn't work so I found my way here. At first my visit didn't seem promising but I did a search of the forum for Access IBM and found a post in which somebody suggested installing the ThinkVantage System Update utility. I did that, rebooted and accessed the utility through the start/programs menu and installed 3 critical updates, rebooted again, et voila, Access IBM is fully functional. I've since gone back there a couple more times and am in the process of doing a fairly large download of optional updates. It appears to be a cool utility that even allows for setting up automatic updating. Kudos to whoever posted that link.

At least I'm fairly sure this is where I went to download the thing. Took a couple of tries to successfully flash the bios but all seems fine now. If you do decide to do this and also to flash the bios do yourself a favor and have your machine plugged into your AC adapter with a fully charged battery *before* you start that particular drill.

Firefox does not work after update, all troubleshooting has been completed. Nothing can be clicked, not even the options in firefox.

I am unable to use firefox after the latest update. All troubleshooting methods listed on the website has been tried. I am unable to click anything in the firefox, tabs don't work, options don't work, unable to launch diagnotics, help or anything from firefox. Basically, I am unable to access anything within firefox.

Did you try a new profile?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

I had the same issue until I updated my apps through iTunes. I had over 100 updates, but none of them showed on my iPod. After they updated everything started syncing like it is supposed. Go to the apps library and check for updates. After everything syncs leave your iPhone/ipod/ipad connected if the spinning arrows at the top is still spinning. It means that things are still being added. If you go to settings > general > about, you will see it loading songs, videos, photos, etc. If you back out of "about" and then go back to it you will see the numbers for each one change.

Ok, I had the same issue, my phone is unlocked(iphone 5 with 6.1.3). So I went to the apple store and had it replaced. it worked good for a day and started doing the same thing. When the apple tech replaced my phone, he transfered my screen protector to the new one.
so I thought it was my sim card, I put in my sisters sim card from a different carrier and it did the same, so then I was like let me take off the screen protector, and that was it.
so guys, if you have a screen protector on your phone and it's doing "low signal", "No Service", "Searching", "Full bars cycle" then take off the screen protector. so far my phone is working normal.

Thanks for your suggestion. I downloaded OnyX and ran the cleaning function. After restarting, I opened Help and once again the first screen appeared fine. But again most of the links did not work, though those under the "What's New" heading did work. I might add that I had previously tried a variety of suggestions posted in another thread, which included deleting from the caches folder in Home>Library several files such as com.apple.helpui and help.plist in the Preferences folder. (As noted in my previous post this evening, I also created another user but that also did not have any effect.) Any other ideas? Thanks
