Pls my method of payment was declined and i dont have another method of payment. My method of payment was declined due to previous billing problems. Pls help me because i cannot open some apps on my phone nd can't make use of apple store without solution.pls pls and pls help me out.

This error is due to this reason that Existing iOS on the iPhone has been hacked and or iPhone unlocked unofficially. Can't discuss such iDevices in this forum

HT1937 problem activating iPhone

Hi I'm having a problem activatine my iPhone.
Keep getting a message sayin .. Could not activate iPhone. You iPhone couldnt not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailble.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.
Apple has started to get "tough" with hacked iPhones, & simply won't permit their activation.

HT1937 Problems after ios7.1 update

1. imessage did not activate, so is facetime;
2. wifi hotspot not working (my carrier is bsnl,India); My carrier says that they have pre-activated hotspot, as I was using it before this update. I even use it still on
my android phone.
3. Battery drain is faster ;
4. Internet over wifi, 2G & 3G is very slow now; I use same carrier on my android phone as well, the 2G internet is very good on that as compared to iphone.
5. I also observed that wifi & bluetooth activation from control centre is very slow now. It takes time to reflect the change on status bar;
6. Audio problem over bluetooth (inbetween disturbance in audio).
7. Air drop feature has been removed.
Request to Apple: Please fix these issues ASAP and in future, don't release an update (e.g upcoming update version ios 7.1.1) till you are sure that the soon to be released update is working fine and doesn't complicate the issues.
Last but not the least, Act fast its already a month that thousands of Apple fans are reproting these issues.

I figured out the problem with imessages in iOS 7.1.1. You have to click out of imessages in settings and then turn it back on and then sign back in with your apple ID right below the imessage button. That did the trick for me.

HT1937 Iphone 4s problems

I got my Iphone as a gift last year and not work well at all... Looks like its the batery problems, 'cause shows that is a 100 % full but when I take out off charge turns off and I can just turn on if I plug in back on the energy....I was on some associate store here in Brasil and they say if the Iphone be opened it might lose the garantee but I don't know if have some garantee on it... What can I do with this phone if now I'm pretty far away from United States? Anyone could help me please? Tks...

              how are you . i am a buyer from chengdu city of china ,i bought the iphone5s in February ,2014. i have used five months ,suddenly ,my iphone5s have some problems with the headphone.the main cause is the sound of the headphone is becoming smaller and smaller ,then i took it to apple Customer service center to check it ,at last ,they told me that some liquid get into the headphone of my iphone5s ,i am very angery to hear that ,i havenever got liquid into the headphone,and my iphone never touch any liquid.so that they canot mend the iphone for me .

I received new iphone5 cause my old iphone5 has problems.
I had to send my old iphone5 back, but I couldnt. Cause Im in us military , I had urgent problem in my troops.
So I had to go other state during 2 weeks and I just got back from other state.
I really apologize that I couldnt sent it back.
I knew if i dont send my old iphone back in 10 days, apple s gonna charge 680 dollars.
Now I can send it back to apple my old iphone5.
If I send it, and u guys get back, then can I get my holding money back?? ( just checked my bank account

Toggle Airplane mode On and Off.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Check for a carrier settings update. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a prompt will appear.
Remove the SIM Card and verify that it is a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it is not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
Restore the iPhone.

HT1937 iphone model A1387 problem with "invalid sim" card. How to reset

After about three months of trouble free use suddenly I have lost connection with cell phone carrier with a "invalid sim". I now understand its my model phone, A1387, so now how to fix this problem?

No not yet, its my understanding that this problem has been documented and their is fix out there somewhere. I bought this phone from Apple while on leave. Now I live in Kyrgyzstan, cell phone cariers are rare and to trouble shoot by purchasing another sim card, may work again but also may not work. So Iam seeking help with a more permanate fix/upgrade. I heard this is a problem with this model or this OS.

Are you using a original USB cable? if not, than it could be the cable. If you are charging the iPhone with your computer, sometimes the USB port where you plugged in the cable stops working. plug it into a different USB port.

Like any other world phone, it will work on any carrier with a supported network. The iPhone must be unlocked, if it is carrier locked, there will be problems.

Hmm, I see from the Apple Support webpage it seems you cannot call them directly from Israel, that's not good.
Okay, so FaceTime stopped working once you upgraded to iOS 7 is that the situation? It doesn't work over either cellular or WiFi networks? I assume you have checked the Settings>FaceTime>FaceTime switch is on and that you have your correct Apple ID in there as well?
What happens when you launch the FaceTime app and attempt to make a FaceTime call, what message(s) do you get?

I update my iphone(iphone5) to ios7 with another itunes and another apple ID unfortunately.
Now I have a problem with my itunes. whenever I started the itunes give this error that I should authorized this computer.
Please help me to use my iphone with my itunes and my apple ID.
Please note that, MY apple ID is save in my phone.but I can not use the itunes.

You will need to connect it to the computer you sync with and Restore it as a new device then rebuild everything manually. If you restore from your backup it will restore the restrictions password.
