You can buy a replacement ipod LCD screen from a number of online places. Many of them will even do the change for you (for a price of course) and turn the iPod around in a day back to you.
Try an Internet search for "ipod repair" and you will find many places, most of which can fix or sell parts for busted LCD screens.

i was just wondering where i could get my ipod fixed. my cat knocked it off the charger and it landed on the screen and you cant really see anything on the ipod and how much it would cost to have a the screen fixed. any help would be great

I'm assuming that the screen being broken means that it's cracked because you dropped it or something else along those lines happened. Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty, so you will have to pay the out of warranty cost to get your phone fixed or replaced.

A broken screen is not covered by the warranty. However, sometime the Genius at an Appe store will exchange it at no cost. Otherwise the exchange cost is:
