HT1976 im trying to locate my i phone and having issues could you please help?
I believe my i phone was stolen along with my purse im trtying to track it and having issues could someone please assist me in locating it thank you.
What would the issue be? Does it say your phone is offline? IF so that means your phone is powered off.
Your phone would need to powered on and connected to internet in order for find my iphone to work.

Take the SIM out and reseat it. Was your phone jailbroken or unooficially unlocked? If so then when you upgraded the phone locked again to the original carrier. If that is the case you need a SIM from that carrier to use the phone or you could contact that carrier and have them unlock it for you

how do I verify my apple id? I can't sign in to it in mail and I can't make a new one because it just will not process I'm trying to set up iCloud between iPad and iPhone and having ALOT of difficulty pleAse help need it done by later on today!!!!!
In order to use your Apple ID to create an iCloud account, the primary email address associated with the ID must first be verified. To do this, Apple will send a verification email to your account and you must respond to the email by clicking the Verify Now link. Make sure you are check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

Unfortunately, SoftBank does not offer authorized unlocking of iPhone.
Your best option is to sell this phone and buy another iPhone from the carrier of your choice or better buy a factory unlocked iPhone so you would be able to use it with any compatible GSM carrier around the world. -

They will help you just make sure that you make a appointment before you go into the store. Also if the iPhone needs to be replaced and you are not within your year of hardware coverage, that is when they will ask you to pay a fee.

You will need to update the address and country that you have on your account, and if using a credit card then that will need to be registered to that new address - you should be able to update them logging into your account via Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes

My Ipad can't connect to WiFi. I tried to reset and connect to the wifi network, it will divert me to the IOS page...could you please help? Thanks.
Try a soft reset or turn the device completely off then turn it back on again. Also you can toggle Airplane mode on for about 10 seconds and then turn it off. Sometimes that resets the radio signal inside the device.
A soft reset is basically holding onto the power button and the home button simultaneously together for about 10 seconds or until you see the screen flash and it should go completely black. Afterwards, tun the device back on like normally and see if that fixes the problem. -

Suddenly on Sunday while i was working, my macbook Air which i bought last year in Spetember from Arkansas, Little Rock stopped working, right after that i tried getting it on but nothing came other than a grey screen with a question mark right in the center. I just received some horrifying news from Adobe about my production suite. I just FINALLY learned today that what I've been trying to do for over a week now - CAN'T be done because of compatability issues involving updates of both Adobe & Microsucks Winders!!! I sincerely hope this is not your problem. Mine is ALMOST HOPELESS!! Being in this HOPELESS Obamma economy,,,, leaves NO STIMULUS in which to currently upgrade everything that needs upgraded for me to fully use my INVESTMENT in Adobe Suite - sad, horrible and SICKENING!!!
