HT1977 I recently purchased audiobook on my iPod via iTunes Store. I've gone through hoops (trying to pull it on my iTunes account, trying to update purchases directly on my iPhone, but I have no luck downloading the same book to my iPhone.
When I try to search for the same book on iTunes store it gives me an option to buy book and there is no warning or indication of this book being purchased by me already. I can go on and ask Apple to reimburse me for the second transaction, but it's a headache.
Any ideas?

You cannot redownload audiobooks at all.

If i buy an iPad app, do I have to pay for the same app for my iPhone?
I purchased an app for my iPad, $1.99 and installed it on my iPad. I updated my iPhone and the app that I purchase for my iPad is not on my iPhone. Does that mean if I want the same app on my iPhone I have to pay $1.99 again?
Thanks!it was still showing the $1.99. I had $1.51 left on my account. I clicked "buy", it downloaded. I assumed it would kick back that there wasn't enough money. But I just got an email receipt from paypal for $.61. So that didn't work.

I Have recently gotten an iPhone 6. I had an iPhone 4s before. I used iTunes to back up my iPhone 4s and worked fine. Now that I have an iPhone 6 I backed it up to the same computer, same iTunes, it then restored my old phone into my new phone. How do I get the original iPhone 6 back without taking all the original data I have on it now off?
You did import these important photos over to an alternative storage medium, just like you would with any digital camera, right?

You cannot merge them onto different iTunes accounts.
You can keep them in the same iTunes library on yoru computer. -
I need help getting my music from my USB to itunes onto my new computer. I have not yet downloaded itunes to my new computer, because I wanted to know how to do things first.

I am referring to the "My Templates" folder where I have designed my own specific templates. It loaded fine for iPad Air but confusingly, once it is on iCloud it does not seem to be accessible by my iPhone. So I tried the same process which entails finding the com.apple.numbers file and emailing the files; selecting them on iPhone then telling them to be opened by Numbers. Numbers will ask if you want them to be added to Templates. I said yes and after a brief attempt it returns the message that it cannot load the templates, an error occurred, but there is no reference as to what that error might be nor how to fix it.
To anyone who has viewed this post and is having similar difficulties, the answer came on a different forum: I dragged & dropped the files from Mail to iCloud Drive. Opened them on my MB Air, they were saved in Templates and are now accessible across all my devices.

I know how to create pdf attachments. I've been doing it successfully for years, but as of a week ago, I am suddenly being prevent from attaching documents and photographs to email messages. They are not being accepted. I am, however, able to send documents and photos to Facebook messages, but not to email attachments. What do I access to resolve this problem?
What email application are you using?
If it's a web based email program, try clearing your cookies and cache:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

We have 2 iphones my wife has the new 1 and I have the old 1
The problem we have is all her stuff is getting onto my phone so I end up deleting a load of crap, can anyone tell me how we stop this as I have a new apple Id she has the old one but all the old is coming onto my phone with the new id.
Totally baffled tried almost everything we know, which isnt much

DWhen the phone is connected go into iTunes and select iPhone under devices (left-hand side). Navigate to each tab (Music, apps etc) and you can check exactly what you want to sync. Also make sure 'automatically sync apps' is unchecked
