Pay attention to differences in power connection depending on whether or not you have AppleTV2 or AppleTV 3.
Also some microUSB leads don't seem to work - try another if you can. Disconnect superfluous USB device/hubs too if possible.

CAN definitely use log shipping and mirroring at the same time. You can make use of log shipping to ship the log to a remote site for DR and have a database-mirroring, high-availability configuration locally. However, Sometimes it
is a slight bit tiresome to set up log shipping going the other way once a failover has occurred, whereas mirroring is easy in that portion.
Some DBA use this two together if you they have to use bulk-logged recovery model, since mirroring only uses the full recovery model and in another scenario in database mirroring, we cannot
use mirroring database as reporting (cannot query) unless we don’t create snapshot out it, but in log shipping, the database is in standby mode so we can query if it is not being restored at the same time.

Try quitting the App Store:
Tap the home button to get to the home screen. Then double tap the home button, and hold your finger over the App Store icon. Tap the red when it appears. Tap the home button again to return to the home screen.
Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost.

Some examples would be: fund raising, gift planning, surveys, and others. The purpose of the trip would be dependent on the program type selected from the second list. Some examples of trip purposes would be: presentation, design, prospecting. Further, the purpose of trip selection from the third drop-down box would then have to determine the values of other fields by expense type: such as commission, airfare, hotel. etc. I've tried pop-up menu but can't figure out how to "select" from the final popup list and have it populate a field for the purpose of the trip. I've tried to look at the JavaScript examples for dependent drop-down boxes, but can't find any that quite fit what I'm trying to accomplish. I am very new to all of this. The form has to be very simple for our consultants to use, but also give our office the detail we need to process through the correct account numbers. last time some1 set it up for me. i would only have 1 shortcut on my desktop. everytime i clicked on it, it would ask me which profile i wanted. even if i had 1 or 2 of the others open it would still ask me which profile i wanted to open. i want to be able to do it that way again.
yes i already set up the 3 profiles. but once i open up the one profile, and click on the short cut to open another, it just opens a brwser window with the profile in use. so i could open 10 windows, its only 1 profile, the first profile i used.

It can be done by creating a contact for that group which includes all their email addresses all separated by a comma or semicolon. You may have to format it just right depending on the email service you're using. Also, you will have to type this out in Notes first in order to be able to get the punctuation in there, then copy & paste the entire list into the email field of the new contact.

Did you ever back up your phone on the computer?
Did you use photo stream at all?
May I suggest changing your passcode lock to a letters and numbers lock (if not all ready it will make your iphone more secure and a restore lock otion shouldent be needed). Then change your setting as well preventing restore after ten incorect passwords.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
Does Sony say it will work with a 4G iPod with iOS 6.0.1? Sometimes an iOS update will break compatibility.
Do you have the latest firmware on the dock? Go to Sony's website and check.
