I cannot see my photos on icloud. My contacts are there. How do you see your pictures? Photo streaming on my phone is on and everything is backed up

There is not pictures section of iCloud. Photo stream will be seen on other iOS devices, and in iPhoto on a mac computer.

Have icloud set up on my iPhone4 (photos is turned on). I installed iCloud control Panel on PC (Windows 8). iCloud photos/Photo stream was working until I installed ios 7 on my iPad mini. iCloud photos disappeared.
I just reinstalled iCloud control panel, but cannot select photos box to set it up again. Obviously, nothing shows up in my iCloud photos, but all photos (up until I updated) show up in a photo stream folder in my pictures library.
Why can't I select photos on the control panel?? Does my iPhone have to be upgraded to the ios 7 as well? I have not upgraded to ios7 on my iPhone 4 because our company's IT department states that ios7 on the iPhone4 does not work well with our system.

It should not have been possible to receive photo stream photos that old on a newly connected device unless they were added to photo stream much later. iCloud keeps photos added in the last 30 days, regardless of when they were taken. Perhaps the photos were somehow added to photo stream on your replacement phone.
Regardless of how this happened, the only way to get the missing photos on your PC is to either import them with your usb cable as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083, or create a shared photo stream containing them which will sycn to your PC alongside your photo stream photos.

HT201077 iCloud Photo Stream on Windows no longer Streams

I have a Windows PC, and have used iCloud Photo Stream for a while. A few months ago, the streams just stopped appearing. I have logged out, then back into iCloud. I have changed the folders to be used for Photo Streams. But, no matter what I do, I can no longer get streaming on my Windows PC. The streaming between my iPhone and iPad works fine. I suspect that this tool place with a recent upgrade of either iTunes or iCloud, but this problem has been with me for six months or longer, and I would have expected others to have had the same problem (so that it could be fixed).

I think I have found the reason for our problems? Photo Stream will only upload photos with a "Date Taken" date higher than the date when you initialised or when you last reset your Photo Stream. So if you are trying to upload older photos it won't work, They should be fresh out of the oven to be Photo Streamed.
I have managed to Photo Stream older pictures by using windows to copy and remove all Properties and Personal Information then setting the Date Taken to todays date before mobing the photo into the Upload folder. Still, it seems a little hit and miss so there's probably something else being checked to validate photos can be Photo Streamed.
So iCloud will move photos between your Windows 7 machine and your iOS5 device but it's a little picky about which ones it will allow. If you can figure out what exactly are the parameters please do tell.

HT201077 iCloud Control Panel does not allow Photo Stream to be clicked. I cant click on Options either.

You possibly picked up some sort of adware/malware on your computer which is intercepting your secure connection.

I am using windows 8.1 my itunes close down if i try and go into the itunes store. my icloud works for about 5 minnutes then stops. i have deleated itunes and cloud and reloaded both and they still fail.

This is frustrating because I cannot add to those albums from mobile device, I have to add to them during a Mac sync. I would like to be able to use my iCloud albums to organize my photos but if I cannot access them from apps it seems pointless. I will end up having to maintain both an iCloud library and a separate iPhoto library which is more work that seems necessary. I want everything easy to organize and access. It seems like in this age where most people are more likely to use their mobile devices than their Macs (and some do not even own Macs) that there should be a mobile solution. Hopefully I am simply without a clue and you folks can help me out with a fix or a source of info as a solution. I have not found answers yet.

HT201077 The new IOS 7 update has assigned a non-existing icloud account to my iPad!

About a year ago I updated my email address associated with my itunes account. When I did that the apps that were purchased before the update had the old itunes email address attached to them. Well today I updated my Ipad 2 with the new IOS 7 and it defaulted my icloud account to the old email address. I attempted to change it but it would not allow me to do so without the password for the icloud account with the old email address. Unfortunately there is no password or actual account with that email because I updated my itunes with a new email address. I am now stuck with a ghost icloud account on my ipad that I cannot get rid of because it does not exist. Likewise I can't add my actual icloud account to my ipad because I have to remove the incorrect account that defaulted into the setup. Does anyone know how to work around this so that I can gain access to my actual icloud account?

If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the pimary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was. You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so. You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/).

HT201077 Photos not showing up in iCloud

A while back, I set up the iCloud on my Windows PC. Hadn't checked it until today, tho I know my iPhone 4S was backing up (once in a whilw I'd get you're almost out of space messages). But after the first day, I never opened the iCloud on my PC to see if things were backed up.
Today, I decided to check it (cause I wanted to make sure my photos were all there), and there's only a photostream folder with a random 24 photos.
Where are my photos? Why can't I see them? I have Photos checked off in the iCloud window program on my PC. I reset the account like they suggested, turned my phone on and off. Am connected to Wifi. My last backup said it was last night but I backed up again today anyway. Same 24 photos. Where are the other 900-something?
Any ideas?

Can't get th photo stream from the icloud to download to my pc, using Windows 7 operation system. It was working for a while and now it just stopped. I checked the iphone and pc to make sure the settings are all correct. Turned both devices off and rebooted but no luck. Anyone had this problem?

Camera roll photos are included in your backup, if you have one. Restoring the backup should recover them.
