I have done everything that the Apple manual suggets to insure that I can transfer photos from my IPHONE to my Windows Desktop via ICLOUD. For some reason it still says that my ICLOUD (on my desktop) is not enabled!
Can anyone help...please!

First make sure iCloud and Photo Stream are installed on your PC. Connect the iPad (or iPhone) to your PC with the USB cable and start iTunes on your PC. Once your iPad/iPhone shows up under "Devices" in the sidebar (which you may have to enable), click it. Then click "Photos" at the top of the iTunes screen on your PC. Check the "Sync Photos from" box, and then under that, click "Selected folders." (Ignore the pulldown menu to the right of "Sync Photos from" -- the important thing is to tick "Selected folders.") A pane should open up below that with a list of folders including "Photo Stream." Choose that and then at the bottom of the screen click Sync. This worked for my Windows 7 box.

The first back up to iCloud may take some considerable time. Just how long isn't really possible to say without knowing how much is in your back up and your connection speed.

I installed or updated to iCloud Control Panel 2.0 or later for Windows and signed in, but when I go to iCloud Photos I see a message that it's not enabled. I go to the iCloud Control Panel won't allow a ck mark to be put, pls help!

I went to the ICloud Control Panel 2.1 to enable iCloud photos, the area to put a ck mark is grayed out and won't let me enable it.
This is on my HP desktop Windows 7. I have iphone 5 and newset iPad that do fine on iCloud.

You might not have the plugin for Firefox installed. Adobe has two different versions of Flash - one for Internet Explorer and another for Firefox. Internet Explorer uses ActiveX. You can check if Firefox has the plugin by going to:
* Tools > Add-ons > Plugins, or
* [Image: New Fx Menu] > Add-ons > Plugins
In Firefox, go to this link and Adobe should give you right correct installer:

Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your mobile device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer.

Back up all data.
This procedure will unlock all your user files (not system files) and reset their ownership and access-control lists to the default. If you've set special values for those attributes on any of your files, they will be reverted. In that case, either stop here, or be prepared to recreate the settings if necessary. Take this step only if you have trouble with Step 1 or if it doesn't solve the problem.
Boot into Recovery. When the OS X Utilities screen appears, select
Utilities ▹ Terminal
from the menu bar. A Terminal window will open.

Sign out and back into your apple id from Settings>iTunes and App stores>(Your apple ID)>Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address. Close app store from running in the background (or restart the phone if your unsure how to do this). If when trying to update any apps they are still asking for the old apple ID, delete and re-install those apps.

All of my photos now have the same photo when I look at them in the viewing area. I have to actually open the photo itself to see the actual photo. this makes it impossible to work with the photos in iphoto. Help!

Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. This can take three or four goes.

Reset the device:
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings

I used to work on client/server environment. I ddin't work on Jdeveloper debug console.
Regarding one of the .fmb file 9i version,I want to display messages through java console/Jdeveloper.
Should I open both the forms 9i application and jdeveloper debug console side by side? How do I open .fmb file in jdeveloper debug console in order to see the messages?

Hi,
you can't. System.out.println messages of a PJC in Forms are displayed in teh Java Plugin console
The only option for you to debug e.g. a PJC is explained in the following document

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

When using faces, how do I see the whole photo?

Frequently when reviewing unnamed faces, I would like to see the whole photo to see the context in which the face appears. Is there a way to do it?

Are you in Faces View? There should be buttons on the bottom edge of the Browser to switch from the Face to the whole photo.

As the number of confirmed images of a person grows, it can be difficult to identify a person’s face in a small thumbnail image. To make it easier to identify a person’s face in an image, you can either make the thumbnail images larger or switch from showing whole images to showing only faces.
To make the thumbnail images larger
In the Faces browser, drag the Thumbnail Resize slider to the right.
To show faces only
In the Faces browser, click the Faces button.
Each thumbnail image in the Faces browser is cropped to show only the person’s face.
To show whole images
In the Faces browser, click the Photos button.
The thumbnail images in the Faces browser return to displaying whole images.

I can't access the contents of my email on my i-pad 2. I can see the message, but the email itself won't open.

There are 3 things you can try:
1. Fully close you mail app. From your home screen, press your home button twice to bring up your most recently used apps (task bar). With your finger, hold it on any of those apps until they all start to jiggle. You'll see a minus sign sign on the upper left side of each app. Touch the on the Mail icon. Touch your home button once more to stop the apps from jiggling and then again to return to your home screen.
2. If that doesn't work, reboot your iPad. Press and hold BOTH the power and home buttons at the SAME time for at least 10 seconds (hold past the red slider to shut down) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go of both buttons and your iPad will restart.
3. If that doesn't work, the last resort might be to delete this mailbox from Settings > Mail COntacts Calendars, then re-install the mailbox.
I hope one of these suggestions helps.......
