HT201077 Is it possible to change the owner of a shared photo stream?

Hi
I set up a shared photo stream on my brother in laws phone because I shot some pictures with his phone after my battery died. Now I would like to know if it is possible to change the ownership of this photo stream to me so I can add more people to it from my phone. Or do I just habe to set up a new one?
Thanks

No, the owner cannot be changed.

  • HT201077 How do I change the layout of a shared photo stream website?

Running Mtn Lion, with iPhoto 11, I've created multiple shared photo streams, but when we view them on the website the photos appear in a collage layout. I'd like to change that to either a slide show or to a list where each photo is by itself.

You can't change the collage layout. It's just an indication of what's in the collections of photos. When you click on a photo it will come up full sized and you can scroll thru them with the arrow keys on your keyboard or the cursor.

  • Is it possible to change the owner of a Window?

If I created a Window instance with another window as its owner, is it possible I change the owner?
    Thanks

    not in pure Java.

  • HT201077 Videos contributed by my contacts do not play in shared photo streams on iOS7

Anyone come across this and found a solution?

I have this same issue except with iPhoto.  We each have our own computers and I thought the shared photostream would allow us to each have all the photos, but they aren't full sized.

  • How to change the owner of an Information Broadcasting setting?

    Hi,
I have created and scheduled some reports to be distributed via the Information Broadcasting functionality. I would like know if it is possible to change the "owner" of the setting in order to cater for the following scenario.
User A has created and setup a few Information Broadcasting settings. I would like to change the ownership of the setting so that User B has access to make changes. At the moment, users only have rights change their own settings.
    Appreciate any help...
    Cheers,
    Lashan

Found a workaround although not ideal. I can temporarily assign the user the required rights to view all setting. User can then copy the settings (using save as option) and once done I can remove the rights.
However, the report format would have been customised and saved (using save view option) prior to setting up the information broadcast. When transfering ownership I also need to transfer the ability for the user to edit the saved format without starting from scratch. Any table or transaction I could use to do this? So at the moment I have a solution to enable the new user to change the distribution list and schedule, but not the report format which is required.

  • Change the owner of DTR activity

    Hi Experts,
Is it possible to change the owner of DTR activity? Our pratice is that the project leader will create an activity and then assign the activity to the dedicated developer. Right now, in NWDI, if a user created an DTR activity, he will be the default owner. However, we cannot re-assign the owner to other user. Would be appreciated if any advise on how to achieve it.
    Thanks in advance

    Hello Tom
I see that you have not been able to find a solution for this.
Can you provide some more information which may help the other SDN posters to assist you?

  • In Lightroom 4, is it possible to change the resolution when exporting to Facebook?

Is it possible to change the resolution when exporting a photo to Facebook using either the regular plugin or Jeffrey Friedl's plugin?  I can't seem to do it; I only have control over the image dimensions, not the resolution and the dimensions, as you can see in the screen shots below:
I have control over both when I export to my hard drive (or a flash drive, etc.), as you can see below:
I can't find the option to control the resolution when I try to export to Facebook.  Before I got Lightroom 4, I would create whole new low-resolution files of images I wanted to post online using Photoshop.  The image size settings I would use are a longest edge of 10 inches at 72ppi, and I would like to continue doing this.  If I can only set the longest side to 720 pixels (I can't even seem to set the longest edge to an inches value - I can only choose a pixels value) and not change the resolution from 300ppi to 72ppi, then my photos' longest edge will only be less than 3 inches long (right?).  Thus, I really want to be able to upload low-resolution photos to Facebook via Lightroom with the ability to change both the resolution and the image dimensions.  Any idea how to do it without having to export to my hard drive first?  Thanks!

I'd be inclined to set it to zero so it obviously doesn't mean anything
You can set it to whatever you like, and it makes no difference. Most of the time (depending on how you saved it), it will still open as "72".
When you save an image for web, the resolution is usually stripped from the file. It's simply not there anymore. That's probably what happens in the Lr facebook module, and that's why there's no entry for it.
But when you open that image somewhere else, that default of 72 ppi is assigned. Most apps need to know what to do with a file if asked to print it out. So there is a default, and that's usually 72, mostly by convention. With that default ppi, it prints out at a comparable size to what you see on screen at 1:1 display.
And when people see that, they think "hey, web images are 72 ppi". But they're not - that figure is just inserted there by the opening application.

  • Is it possible to change  the file system owner in Oracle EBS R12.1.3

We are in R12.1.3 runnig in Linux 5. the OS owners of the EBS is orcrp2ebs and apcrp2ebs because of 9 character length the ps-ef shows uid instead of compelte username. So we are plannign to change the owner name to 8 character length.

    - Change the ownership from the OS
    - Change the value of "s_dbuser" and "s_dbgroup" context variables in the database context file

  • Error while changing the owner of an object in Discoverer

    Hi All,
I have a problem in Discoverer folders.
I have a folder whcih is based on a view in schema in A, now i have created the same view in schema B and want to change the owner of the view in Discoverer to B.
But when i do that it gives me an error as -
'An error occured with the darabse transaction because the underlying object has been changed'
I am not able to understand this.
If anyone can help me this it would be really helpful.
    Regards,
    Shruti

Well, this is something not talked about in the Administration training class. My hunch is that you are trying to do something that Oracle never intended you to do. I think when you edit the folder and want to change the Owner property, the idea maybe is that you are trying to change the owner on the original table. Here you have said that you recreated the view in schema B (so technically a different table object). But in Discoverer you are still dealing with the view in schema A as the basis for the folder, not the view in schema B. Though I would think if you can see the new owner's name in the database/user list and thus can pick it, it should let you change the owner property, even if that may not be quite what you intended. Discoverer does store things under the cover (such as unique ids), so maybe something is going on that is not visible. My suggestion would be to open up a service request with Oracle support on this. The idea of dropping the folder and then readding it may be okay, but that would be something you would want to test in some kind of test environment and see what happens (not sure what impact that may have on workbooks using the original folder). Of course it may be possible that you have uncovered an Oracle bug.

  • Is it possible to change the in process status.

    Hi,
I am using SAP CRM 6.0 IC webclient.
Is it possible to change the Agents inbox item status from u201CIn processu201D to u201COpenu201D.
    If yes how?
    Regards,
    Biplab Mandal

    Hi Biplab Mandal ,
Is the user you are logon the one that have the owner of the item in process?
If you arent the onwer i think you can't change the status. Neitherless you can manipulate the buttons on the method:
    CL_ICCMP_IN_INBOXITEMS-CHECK_SELECTION
try force lt_buttons-reject_dis to c_false for the button to show for your case.
    hope this help.

  • Changing the Owner of all Objects in Instance ?

How to Change the Owner of all Objects in Instance, like for example the Procedure: sp_changedbowner in an MS-SQL-Database, who changed the Owner of the actual Database !
I'am looking for another possibility to do it by export the Datbase and import as new Owner !

    Hi Laurent Schneider
    OCM DBA, I successfully run:
    connect SYS/&2 as SYSDBA;
    Update sys.obj$ set owner#=(Select USER# from sys.user$ where NAME = '&4')
    where owner#=(Select USER# from sys.user$ where NAME = '&3');
    commit;
Afterwards I dropped the &3 User CASCADE and then created the &3 User with less rights ! Before Update-Command the &4 User shouldn't be the Owner of any Object ! At Last I'm not sure that is the right way ?!

  • How do I change the "Owner" of my Business Objects Reports

    Here is my problem.
When we upgrade Business Objects we 'convert' a large number of reports to the BO XI rel2 version of the reports.  During this convertion process all the reports were switched to be 'owned' by usercode 'Administrator'.  Our users are now wanting to move/change/delete these reports and they can't because they are not the owner.
So we need to switch this owner.  Problem is the only way we can find to do this is to copy the report to a new name and delete the old one.  This is very time consuming.  Also many of our users are not priviledged to delete reports that they don't own.  Therefore our administrators are the only ones that can do the delete step.
It seems like I should be able to logon to the system as 'Administrator' and change the owner of the reports (similiar to doing a chown command in Unix) to whoever I want.  There however doesn't appear to be a way to do that in Infoview or the Central Management Consule.
Is there a simple easy way to do this??  I have thousands of report to change.
    Thanks Bart

It's possible via the Enterprise SDK, if you have a Java or .NET programmer.
    Sincerely,
    Ted Ueda

  • Is it possible to change the number of weeks to be displayed in the month view in calendar (mavericks)?

I'd like to know if it's possible to change the number of weeks to be displayed in the month view in calendar? Thanks!

    No.
There are up to six calendar weeks that might be used to display the 31 possible days in a month.
So the month view displays six weeks.

  • Is it possible to change the ALV report layout settings in spool request

    Hi All,
Please let me know is it possible to change the ALV layout settings in background as we can change the layout settings in foreground to get correct format when download to excel.
    Regards,
    Jyothi CH.

    Hello,
Add a parameter for layout on selection-screen (p_varmm LIKE disvariant-variant).
As you are in backgroud mode, ALV will be printed with this layout (assuming you call correctly the MF ALV_LIST or REUSE_ALV_GRID)
    Regards,
    Christophe

  • Does anyone know if it is possible to change the display in week view to show 24 hours per day for those of us that work irregular hours

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the display in week view to show all 24 hours per day for those of us that work irregular hours.
Also is it possible to have all of the 'all day' entries showing, not just 3.5 of them.
The app Week Cal HD was the perfect calendar until Apple removed it so could they please offer the same facilities that it offered.
